Providing and laying red oxide flooring 40 mm thick with an under layer of 30 mm thick M-15 cement concrete,using broken granite metal of 12.5mm nominal size and top layer of 10mm thick plaster with 1:3 cement mortar mixed with red oxide (using 3.5 kg of red oxide per 50 kg of cement) finished with floating coat of neat cement mixed with red oixde (mix of same proportion), including cost of materials, labour,curing complete as per specifi caions. With all lead & lift as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing in position in cement concrete 1:3:6 steel glazed windows and ventilators side hung/top hung 2/3 openable 1/3 fixed as per approved deawings using Z angles of 25x33x3mm, weighing 1.419 kg/m both for outer and inner frames and central mullion section of size 25x46x3mm, weithing 2.28kg/m all duly providing T section 19x19x3mm weighing 0.839 kg/m for glazing of windows, not more than 34 cms. c to c including providing and fixing 4mm, thick reeded glass with teakwood beading of required size, all steel sections should confirm to I . S 7452:1990.4Nos of holdfasts of approved size section should be cut to length welded and grinded electrically subdividing frames of unit shall be tenonned and revetted in to the frames electrically. All the steel surface shall be throughly cleaned free of rust and painted with one coat of anti-corrosive paint and finishing two coats of ready mix paint of approved colour and make including cost of materials, fixtures, labour chages and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing Chorinated Poly Venyl chioride (CPVC) pipes conforming to IS 15778, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply i cluding all CPVC plain and brass threaded fitting including fixing the pipe with clamp at 1.00 mtr. Spacing. This includes joining of pipes and fitting with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete (internal work exposed on wall)-15mm nominal OD pipes With alllead, lift,loading,unloading and labour charges etc., complete as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charges of the work

Providing and fixing factory made single leaft rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32 mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V-stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat and on layer of 45 gsm E-Glass Chopped strand Mat ( CSM) impregnated with orthopthalic polyster resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded Polystyrene ( EPS) structural foam panel of 29 mm thickness and a density of 20 Kg/m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Salwood Block of cross section not less the 28mmx32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles, ete., shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material, the Salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall confirm to RV/TIFAC Composites Design centre Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in confiramation to IS 4020-1994. The finish of shutter will be plain colour White/Ivory/Beige/light Grey or any other colour using high quality pigments. Exclusing cost of fixtures and includise of supply of shutters to respective work spot.

PVC DOOR SHUTTER: Supply & fixing of door shuttters made of rigid PVC extruded hollow ( Nandi or equivalent) section of 20mmx200mm with the wall thickness of 1.00mm+/0.1mm equally divided into 4 nos with tongue and groove locking arrangements. The shutter frame is made of 58x24 mm with the wall thickness of 1.5mm+/.015mm section metricut and joined at 4 corners with 125mmx225mm plastic brackets. The shutter shall be horizontally reinforced with 2nos of 8mm PVC rods. Teak wood bottons shall be reinforced inside the door shutter during the fabrication of the door shutter at those points wherever the hardware is fixed on to the door shutter. With all lead & lift as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION: Supplying 19/20 mm di., 2mm/2.5 mm thick heavy gauge pvc conduit pipe with suitable size bends metal/PVC junction boxes adhesive paste etc., and running before concreteing the slab the conduit should be tied to the reinforcement rods by using binding wires and unused ways of junction boxes and pipe ends should be convered using PVC and encloser run with 18 SWG GI fish wire run through out the 19/20 mm dia., 2 mm thick, with all lead,lift, loading, unloading and labour charges,tec., complete as per specification.

Point wiring using copper with switch. Supplying and wiring adopting loop system in existing PVC conduit/casing caping using copper PVC insulated multistand 2x1.5 Sqmm Copper wire with a 6 Amps push type SP control switch shall be fixed on the existing plastic sheet/gang box, the other end of the wire shall be terminated with sufficient loose , point wiring using class A meterial, with all lead, lift, loading, unloading and labour charge etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. Short point upto 3 metr. tapping point to oitlet via.,switch.

Medium point above 3 mtrs up to 6 mtrs. From trapping point outlet via switch .. Complete with all lead lift, as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Supplying 6A flush/projected type socket and a 6 Amps flush/projected type SP switch either surfance/Flush in a existing gang box or in a 4mm thick plastic sheet and fixing over a flush mounted wooden box and wiring using necessary capacity wires as required 6Amps 3/5 way.with all lead,lift, loading, unloading and labour charges,tec., complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Wiring for lighting/power circuit using one of PVC insulated 1100v grade mutis and copper conductor single core cable in open or concealed system of wiring Group A materials 2.5 sqmm. With all lead, lift, loading unloading and labour charges ete.,- complete as per specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work
