For Grading III Material .with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work .

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. Tack Coat :Provioding and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg /sqm the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface & cleaned with Hydrolice broom as per Techinical Specification Clause 503

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo for Namma Grama -Namma Raste Project as per specifications and drawing. Two MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and Bottom plate duly welded with MS Square channel 25mm x25mmx 5m size on back and on the edges. The Top and Bottom plate will be welded to 2 nos 50x50x5 mm square channels duly embedded in cement concrete M15 Grade of 600*600*750 mm, 600 mm below ground level.All M.S wiil be stove enameled on both sides,Lettering and printing arrows, border etc,. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexture 1700.1 with all leads and lifts, Loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by engineer in charge.

KSRRB M800-2. Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs – Manufacturing, Supply and installation of Retro – Reflective Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory Signboards made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to TYPE XI standards of IRC:67:2012 specification and foxed over 4mm thick Aluminum composite panel sheet having minimum 0.3mm thick aluminum skin on both sides and fixed over a support frame of 25x25x3mm MS angle and mounted on 75mm dia OR 75x75x6mm Mild steel angle of total height 2.70m with clear height of not less than 2.1m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 60cm below ground level. The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black and white color with bands of 30cm height alternatively firmly fixed to the ground by means of foundation with M20 grade cement concrete of 45x45x60 cm including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, Loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by engineer in charge. 10 years warranty for Retro Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer as per clause 6.9 in IRC 2012 and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be obtained from the supplier.

Providing and fixing of typical citizen information/Annual Maintenance informatory board as per specifications and drawing. Two Cl/GI Plates of 5mm thick, top and Bottom plate duly welded with M.S flat iron 50mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The M.S flat iron frame will be welded to 2nos vertical and 2 nos horizontal 75NB (Heavy) class, 4.50mm thick steel tube post and duly embedded in cement concrete M15 Grade of 600x600x750 mm, 600 mm below ground level.All M.S will be stove enameled on both sides,Lettering and printing arrows, border etc,. painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface/Concrete Surface: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 standards specified. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications. Supply and Installtion of Moulded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 mm and height not less than 30 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation andcompl.
