The rate is in clusive of all go taxes duties cess as leviable transportation from karnataka state Coir Co-Operative Federatation Bangalore to the worksite including loading and unloading and storage of the material at site etc.. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) of low porosity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, with all leads & lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, equipment etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - In Charge of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503,with all leads & lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, equipment etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - In Charge of the work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.i) The board will be a composite unit consisting of three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mmx 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs - Manufacturing, supply and installation of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory signboards made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to 600 MM Equilateral triangle type XI standards of IRC :67:2012 specifications & fixed over 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet having minimum 0.30 thick aluminium skin on both sides & fixed over a support frame of 25x25x3 mm MS angle and mounted on 75mm dia OR 75x75x6mm Mild steel angle of total height 2.70m with clear height of not less than 2.10 m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board & 60 cm below ground level.
