Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1704 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRRB M800-13.Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 803 Pedestrian Crossing Markings with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 600mm Equilateral triangle with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work .

Providing and fixing typical citizen information Board-A as per specification and drawing. Two ACP sheet of 4 mm thick having minimum 0.25 mm thick aluminium skin both sides and fixed over a back support MS plate of 5 mm thick. Supported on frame post of 2 nos of MS Square hallow section 75mm*75* 6mm which is duly embedded in cement concrete M 20 grade of 600*600mm* 750 mm, 600 mm below ground level, all MS will be stove enamelled on both the sides. All sections of framed posts, M.S. sheet and stell tubes will be painted with primer and 2 quotes of epoxy paint as per drawing etc Retro Reflecting sheet as per IRC 67 fixed over a 2 nos of aluminium composit material (ACP) sheeting of size 900*750mm of 4mm thick duly bolted/reveted with MS plate of 5 mm thick on back side of ACP sheet. Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with PMGSY Logo a composite unit as per consisting of three plates of Aluminum composite materials(ACM) material specifications as per clause 1701.37 The top most plate shall be in diamond shape of 600 mm x 600mm size,3 mm thick riverted over welded M.S.angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle plate shall be 1200mmx150mm size 3 mm thick riverted over welded M.S.angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate shall be 1500mmx600mm size 4 mm thick, riverted oover welded M.S.angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame shall be done neatly to have plain surface on one side, The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plates shall be welded to 2 nos. 75mmx75mmx6mm M.S square hollow section posts placed at 1125 mm centre to centre. The top of the middle plate shall be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube post. The square hollow sections shall be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm450mmx600mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate shall be 1200mm from normal ground level and bottom of middle plate shall be 100mm above the top level ;of the lower moust plate. The diamond shaped plate mounted over angle iron frame shall be connectedto middle plate by square medium steel section 47mm47mm thicknes (6mm) 12 SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be welded to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. (I) The lettering and borders, etc of middle and bottom plate PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6messages/ borders . All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The square hollow section bellow ground level shall be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The degign painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing.(i) For warrantee & durablety the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable. (ii). 6th Year Renewal: MSS waste Plastic.Providing laying and rolling of close graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using Pentration grade bitumen (with addition of processed waste plastic upto 8 % replaced by weight of bitumen) to requires line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 KN Static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical specification Clasue 509,Rate including of Supervision by supplier of waste plastic.
