Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

The Maintenance of drains include erosion, repair, clearing, cleaning, reshaping, regrading, deepening of side drains as well as catch water drains as per technical specification Clause 1907. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction of Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roady way cutting and excavation from Drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Grading III material with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction of Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base, by using available scarified aggregate by stacking the scarified material, hand breaking into coarse aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, Rolling with 3 wheel 80-100KN Static roller in stages to proper grade and Camber, applying and brooming,crushable screening to fillup the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to thr required density Grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405 will all lead, lifts laoding and unloading charges, cost and coveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc, complete by Manual means as per the direction of the engineer in charge of the work

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical means with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 Low Porosity with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508.Case II By Mechanical Means using Bitumen with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510. By Mechanical Means, Case I : TYPE B, Bitumen (S-65) with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Construction of Subgrade and earthern shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical specification clause 303.1 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 KM STONE with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 200m STONE with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with PMGSY Logo a composite unit as per consisting of three plates of Aluminum composite materials(ACM) material specifications as per clause 1701.37 The top most plate shall be in diamond shape of 600 mm x 600mm size,3 mm thick riverted over welded M.S.angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle plate shall be 1200mmx150mm size 3 mm thick riverted over welded M.S.angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate shall be 1500mmx600mm size 4 mm thick, riverted oover welded M.S.angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame shall be done neatly to have plain surface on one side, The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plates shall be welded to 2 nos. 75mmx75mmx6mm M.S square hollow section posts placed at 1125 mm centre to centre. The top of the middle plate shall be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube post. The square hollow sections shall be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm450mmx600mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate shall be 1200mm from normal ground level and bottom of middle plate shall be 100mm above the top level ;of the lower moust plate. The diamond shaped plate mounted over angle iron frame shall be connectedto middle plate by square medium steel section 47mm47mm thicknes (6mm) 12 SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be welded to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. (I) The lettering and borders, etc of middle and bottom plate PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6messages/ borders . All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The square hollow section bellow ground level shall be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The degign painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing.(i) For warrantee & durablety the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable. (ii). Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 Cm, 60 Cm below ground level as per approved drawing. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRRB M800-13.Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. Standards Specified. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 803 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 RCC M-20 MIX with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRB 15-15.3 : Providing and applying painting in one coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface to give an even approved shade after throughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1704 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
