006 - Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

007 - Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401(BY Mix in Place Method) Grading-V with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

008 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical Mixer , Carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 406. WMM By Mechanical Means with Laed 1Km as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

009 - Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 120 tph capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work (Bituminous Macadam Grading - I for traffic 20 MSA less than

010 - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) of low porosity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Techinical Specification Clause 502 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

011 - Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

012 - Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - II By Mechanical Means with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

013 - Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Bitumen (S-65) Case - II : Type B with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

014 - Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work Ordinary Kilometre stone(precast)

015 - Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1704., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

016 - Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work 200 Mtr stone (precast)

017 - Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. i) The board will be a composite unit consisting of three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most platewill be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mmx 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. The diamond shaped plate mounted over angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square medium steel section of 47 mm x 47 mm thickness 12 SWG having a spacing of 100 mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be welded to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate.(ii) The lettering and borders, etc. of middle and bottom plate, PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 essages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing. (iii) For warranty and durability the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable. (iv) A reference number along with the month and year of installation should be placed on the back of a sign in a contrasting colour or by stamping in characters not exceeding 50 mm in height.

018 - Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board : Manufacturing, Supply and installation of retro- reflective Cautionary, Mandatory & Informatory signboards made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to Type XI standards of IRC:67:2012 specification & fixed over 4 mm thick Aluminum Composite Panel sheet having minimum 0.30 mm thick aluminum skin on both sides & fixed over a support frame of 25x25x 3mm MS angle and mounted on 75 mm dia OR 75X75X6 MM Mild steel angle of Total height 2.70 M with clear height of not less than 2.10 M from the ground level to the bottom of the Sign board & 60 cm below ground level. The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black and white colour with bands of 30 cm height alternatively firmly fixed to the ground by means of foundation with M 20 grade cement concrete of 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm including cost & conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery & Labour with all leads and lifts, Loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by engineer in-charge.

019 - Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly stove white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective boarder of 65mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for rural road of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of property designed foundations with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600 below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, cost of all materials & conveyance, labour, equipments etc., complete as per detailed specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. for 600mm Equilateral Triangle

020 - Road Marking With Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface/Concrete Surface: Providing And Laying hot Applied Thermo plastic Compound complete including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, fuel charges including all incidental charges as per the direction of the engineer incharge and Technical specification.

021 - Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 022 - Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.P.C.C. grade M-10, Nominal mix 1:3:6 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

023 - Plain/reinforced cement concrete PCC M-15 nominal mix (1:2.5:5) in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

024 - Supplying, fitting, and placing TMT bar reinforcement in sturcture complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work Super structure

030 - Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion RS 1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0 20 to 0 25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 with all lead lifts loading unloading charges cost and conveyance of all materials labour equipments etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

031 - Providing laying and rolling of close graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11 2 mm to 0 9 mm Type A or 13 2 mm to 0 9 mm Type B aggregates using penetration grade bitumen with addition of processed waste plastic of abive 8 by weight of bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 8 10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 with all lead lifts loading unloading charges cost and conveyance of all materials labour equipments etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work
