Wet Mix Macadam (Plant mix method Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Vol.3 (P.No. 24, Sl.No. 4.27) 406 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) of low porosity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Techinical Specification Clause 502 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Tack coat on Granular surface treated with primer Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508. By mechanical Means using (S-65) Bitumen with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Providing and laying seal coat Type B sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using as per Technical specification Clause 510. Case -II with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete.by Mechanical Means using (S-65) and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Kilometre Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work 200 m stone (precast)

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. i)The board will be a composite unit consisting of three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most platewill be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mmx 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. The diamond shaped plate mounted over angle iron frame will be connected to middle with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Providing and fixing of citizen information Board as per specifications and drawing. Two CI/GI plates of 5mm thick, top and bottom plate duly welded with MS flat iron 50mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The MS flat iron frame will be welded to 2nos vertical and 2nos horizontal 75 NB (Heavy) class, 4.5mm thick steel tube post and duly embedded in cement concrete M15 grade of 600 x 600 x750 mm, 600 mm below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides, lettering and printing arrows, border etc, painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing etc, complete including erection, fixing, tieing, cuting, grinding, shaping etc, complete including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, fuel charges including all incidental charges as per the direction of the engineer incharge and Technical specification.

KSRRB M800-4. Direction and Place Identification sign with size more than 0.9 sqm Size Board : Manufacturing, Supply and installation of retro - reflective Cautionary,Mandatory & Informatory signboards made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to TYpe XI standards of IRC:67:2012 specification & fixed over 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel sheet having minimum 0.30 mm thick aluminium skin on both sides & fixed over a support frame of 25x 25x 3mm MS angle and mounted on 75 mm dia OR 75 X 75 X 6MM Mild steel angle of Total height 2.70 M with clear height of not less than 2.10 M from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board & 60 cm below ground level. The Sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of black and white colour with bands of 30 cm height alternatively firmly fixed to the ground by means of foundation with M20 grade cement concrete of 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm including cost & conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery & Labour with all lead and lifts, Loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by engineer in charge. 10 years warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufactures as per clause 6.9in IRC 2012 & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be obtained from the supplier.as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the wor.as per Technical Classification Clause 300-1.4
