item code-2.5.2 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. ROOF SLAB (The cost of Formwork is included) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

The self-supported roofing system should be designed to with stand the wind load (As per IS 875 part-3) & Earthquake load (as per IS 1893) & the design should also comply with any other technical requirements such as turbo ventilators of 0.60 mts. dia and skylights of size 4.26 x 0.60 mts. fixed one in each row @ 10.00 Mtr C/C along the length & hangers for electrical fixtures as per the requirements including cost of all materials &labour for erection, all lead and lift, loading and unloading, HOM of machineries etc., complete as per the standard detailed technical specification, design and directions of the engineer in charge of the work. (a) Span : Above 25 Meters upto 27 Meters (b) Material Specification: Colour Coated Imported Galvalume Sheet, weighing 16.40 kg/sqm BMT: 1.30 MM, APT : 1.37 MM, tolerance +/- 0.02mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete.
