VOL - 3, C - 4 4.1 MoRT&H 401 A (i) - Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. For Grading -I Material ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

VOL - 3, C - 4 4.17 MoRT&H 406 - A.Wet Mix Macadam (Plant mix method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

VOL - 3, C - 5 5.1 MoRT&H 502 (i) A - Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/m2 using mechanical means. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

VOL - 3, C - 5 5.6 MoRT&H 504 (i) A - Bituminous Macadam Grading - I for traffic 20 MSA Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 120 tph capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

VOL - 3, C - 5 5.31 IRC - 37: 2018 - Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% by weight of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MoRTH V revision. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

VOL - 3, 8.1 a MoRT&H 409 - Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409. PCC M15 grade for kerb base ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.25 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

2.1.3 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. including shuttering ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.58.a - Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete pipe light duty NP2 for culverts, roadway utilities& crossingsas per IS 458:2003 in Single row including pointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing completeas per specifications. 300mm dia (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol. 03 Item Code: 8.58.a) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

6.34 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x100x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing,usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications. and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge(PWD SR 2023-24 Vol. 02 Item Code: 6.34) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

17.12 - Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast cover slabs over drains & Rain pit of width not exceeding 800 mm using M20 concrete reinforced with Micro Alloyed High carbon steel with 3mm - 3ply wired steel @ 2.00 kg/m2, slabs jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and nicely finished Including providing holes in the Cover slabs wherever necessary for easy drainage of surface water including of labour, materials, scaffolding, usage of machinery, curing, lead and lift charges etc, Complete. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.6.2 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement to brick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(PWD SR 2023-24 Vol. 02 Item Code: 8.6.2) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

VOL - 5, 16.9 - Constructing brick masonry chamber of internal dimension 600x600mm and depth of 600mm (inner dimensions) with modular bricks of CD 75 in cement mortar 1:6, bed concrete 150mm thick with 1:3:6, plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4, CC 1:2:4 coping 75mm thk for fixing CI cover & frame etc. excluding the cost of CI frame and cover. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

VOL - 5, 16.23.1 - Providing and fixing SFRC frame and cover conforming to IS 12592 (part-I)-1988 and IS 12592 (part-II)- 1991 with latest amendment, including cutting slabs to the required size for the opening and fixing the cover in C.C. 1:2:4 and C.M. 1:3 plastering 20 mm thick to all exposed faces, curing for 10 days with all lead and lift with appurtenances.Complete Medium Duty ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Data rate - Supply & Installation of IAAF European Track Spray system which should have been officially recommended & certified by World Athletics (earlier known as IAAF) Federation to use in all International Athletics Competition. A seamless, water permeable running track system having base layer with SBR (cast in-situ) that is being entirely adhered to the asphalt base by means of a specially developed polyurethane adhesive and SBR Granules. Consumption rate over dense asphalt are 8.0 kg/m² for SBR and 1.65 kg/m² of PU Binder. Priming over asphlat should be at 0.25 Kg/ m², PU material for wear layer to be used 1.2 kg/m² of polyurethane. EPDM granules to be mixed into wet polyurethane at the ratio of 0.8 kg/m². Product should be tested and certified as per IAAF & EN-14877 Norms. Track should have a perfect thickness of not less than 13.0 mm (+/- 0% max tolerance) with the 11 mm of the Base layer and 2 mm of Spray coat wear layer. Manufacturer should be from Europe (No Asian / Turkey) and his products should have been used for European Championships. Surface average technical standards should include 1.08 MPA/mm Tensile Strength, 55% Elongation at Break, 38 % Force Reduction at 23oC, 1.8 mm Vertical Deformation at 23oC, should be Spike resistance, Average friction value of system should be 0.53. Wear coat to be sprayed “wet-in-wet” and homogeneous.
