8.33.2 - Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 m² over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 m² of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting , cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

22.15.4 - Providing and fixing Stainless Steel Fixtures conforming to 304 graded steel as per direction of engineer in charge. SS Aldrop 16mm dia, 300mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

22.15.1 - Providing and fixing Stainless Steel Fixtures conforming to 304 graded steel as per direction of engineer in charge. SS Handles 200mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

22.15.8 - Providing and fixing Stainless Steel Fixtures conforming to 304 graded steel as per direction of engineer in charge. SS hinges 125 mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

11.44 - Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. 12.93.1 - Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 g) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/m3, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-InCharge. (Fixtures shall be paid for separately) Size 62 x 100mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

12.94.1 - Providing and fixing factory made Green certified, Anti Termite, UV resistant, high water absorbant single extruded WPC (Wood PolymerComposite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 g) having minimum density of 650 kg/m3 and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws The cost includes cost of materials, transportation, labour and fixing charges.(Cost of Fixtures to be paid separately) 30 mm thickness ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

13.33.5 - Providing and fixing Chorinated Poly Venyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes conforming to IS 15778, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamp at 1.00 mtr spacing. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete. (internal work exposed on wall) - 40mm nominal OD pipes ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

10.2.4 - Supplying UNPLASTICISED PVC pipes conforming to IS 16098:2013 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, lead & lifts, including encasing the pipes alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. for: Pipes of SN4, 160mm dia. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. 20.77 - Removal of old broken glass panes ( any thickness of size, quality ordescription ) from metal frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beadsincluding cost of labour, complete as per specifications. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

11.30.1 - Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

16.8 - Constructing brick masonry chamber of internal dimension 600x450mm and depth of 600mm (inner dimensions) with modular bricks of CD 75 in cement mortar 1:6, bed concrete 150mm thick with 1:3:6, plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4, CC 1:2:4 coping 75mm thk for fixing CI cover & frame etc. excluding the cost of CI frame and cover.. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.53.1 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. One coat as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.74.1 - Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coat applied @ 1.67 l/ 10 m²) on existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

13.12 - Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 (For FF&GF) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.4 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

11.14.1.2 - Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer- in-charge: Profile B Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete.
