39.11 - WINDOW BLINDS - Providing and fixing 100mm wide venetian blinds of window fashion fabric of Taiwan make, with 50mm thick powder coated channel with balance, imported, acrylic self alignable mechanism and equally placed spacers, imported tilting mechanism for easy tilting operation,with nylon imported thread and beadings, 100mm wide imported washable reusable fabric placed with top hanger and bottom with 1OOmm long bottom plate connected to nylon imported bottom link chain. The rate is inclusive of drilling holes for fixing channels to the wall, fixing threads and beadings and link chains, hard ware fixtures etc., complete as per drawing, specifications. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

MR. - Providing & Fixing in position, Carpet with 6mm thick, more than 800+gsm, made with 100% stain proof fibres of approved make along with 5mm underlay (PVC with fiber glass) as per Architectural & Acoustical Design & Instructions & Complete in all aspects including all materials labour, finishing etc complete. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

MR. - REVOLVING CHAIR - MESH BACK CHAIR WITH HEAD REST: The seat shall be made up of 1.5 (+/-0.1)cm thick hot pressed plywood and upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded polyurethane foam. The seat has extra thick foam on front edge give comfort to popliteal area. The back is injection moulded in glass filled polypropylene which is upholstered with mesh fabric. The back consists of adjustable lumbar support made of injection moulded polypropylene having an adjustment of 5.0 (+/-0.1)cm. The seat shall be of size: 53.5cm W x 51cm D and the back shall be of size: 51cm W x 70cm H. The HR polyurethane seat foam is moulded with density 45 (+/-2)kg/m3 and hardness 16 (+/-2)kgf as per IS: 7888 for 25% compression. The adjustable armrest is designed with features such as: Up-Down adjustment - 6 steps (7.2 (+/-0.5)cm) range. Armrest top is mounted on armrest structure made of glass filled Nylon. Armrest top is moulded over glass filled Nylon insert. The mechanism shall be designed with features such as: 360 degree revolving type, 3 position locking with anti shock mechanism and Tilt tension adjustment. The headrest sub-assembly shall be made up of injection moulded glass filled polypropylene which is upholstered with moulded HR polyurethane foam and fabric. It has an adjustment of 4.0 (+/-0.1)cm and it is assembled over the mesh back chair. The complete headrest assembly is retro fit to the main chair. The pneumatic height adjustment with adjustment stroke of 9.5 (+/-0.3)cm. The pedestal is injection moulded in glass-filled Nylon and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 66.1(+/0.5)cm, pitch-center dia 76.1 (+/-0.1)cm with castors. The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in Black Nylon. Chair shall be a Greenguard AND Greenpro certified product and such certificate should have been issued by competent authorities such as: M/s. UL ENVIRONMENT and Confederatin of Indian Industry respectively. The chair shall also be a BIFMA LEVEL 2 certified product and INDOOR ADVANTAGE GOLD certified and such certificate should have been issued a competent authority such as: M/S. SCS Global services. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. MR. - Meeting table -wooden Providing and fixing meeting table consisting of 25 mm thick PLPB table topedge bounded, 25 mm thick PLPB with edge bonded End table,18 mm thick PLPB with edge bonded Modesty, Hardware-Minifix assembly and screw leg., as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

6.7.2 - Supplying .TR split Air conditioners suitable for operation on A/C supply single phase 50 Hz 230 V with hermetically sealed compressor with air cooled condenser, motor capacitor and start run capacitors, relay and over load protector internal unit, with one indoor and one outdoor unit The condenser unit will be placed outside the room on the terrace to avoid noise including standard length of suitable size copper tubing covered with insulation tube. (High wall chorded/cordless) suitable capacity 3 core sheathed/ PVC copper cable and a battery operated wireless remote unit 1.5 Ton capacity ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

MR. - 4 Way Cassette of Nominal Capacity: 2.0 TR (Model: FXFSQ80), VRV S Side discharge ODU 14HP, VRV Odu lifting and positioning as per site, Installation of VRV type Indoor units with necessary hardware accessaries and supports, Supply & Installation of Interconnecting VRV copper Refrigerant pipe work with necessary fittings duly insulated with elastomeric nitrile rubber type tubular insulation of follwing sizes, Providing & fixing control cum trans-mission wiring thru PVC Conduit between indoor and out door unit.(2 core x 1.5 Sq mm cu.cable ) FOR VRV system, Rigid PVC piping complete with fittings, supports as per specifications and insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation of the following sizes. 10.11 - Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete.
