ITEM CODE 12.93.1 - Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 g) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/m3, screwwithdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-InCharge. (Fixtures shall be paid for separately). Size 62 x 100mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 12.94.1 - Providing and fixing factory made Green certified, Anti Termite, UV resistant, high water absorbant single extruded WPC (Wood PolymerComposite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum Providing and fixing factory made Green certified, Anti Termite, UV resistant, high water absorbant single extruded WPC (WoodPolymerComposite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 g) having minimum density of 650 kg/m3 and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws The cost includes cost of materials, transportation, labour and fixing charges.(Cost of Fixtures to be paid separately) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 11.35.1.3 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For Fixed Portion :Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 11.37.1 - Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket Etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/ m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per pecifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 1.14.1 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by Mechanical means depth upto 1.50m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including cost of explosives, dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, blasting materials, tools, usage of Machinery & all other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In Hard Rock ( requiring blasting) Depth upto 1.50m ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 2.1.3 - ProvidingandlayinginpositionCementConcreteforlevellingcourseforallworksinfoundation.Thegranite/trap/basaltcrushedgradedcoarseaggregatesandfineaggregatesasperrelevantISCodesmachinemixed,laidinlayersnotexceeding150mmthickness,wellcompactedusingplatevibrators,includingalllead&lifts,costofallmaterialsofquality,labour,Usagechargesofmachinery,curing,andalltheotherappurtenancesrequiredtocompletetheworkaspertechnicalspecifications.Mix1:3:6Using40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 9.25 - Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 60mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per m2 over 50mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level , including cost of materials, labour and Usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 20.41 - Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction CUM jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM CODE 7.38 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete.
