9.39 - Providing skirting, dadooing, rises of steps with colour glazed tiles 6mm thick on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.54.2 - Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

20.88 - Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 m2 and less in walls, ceilings 10 to 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including cutting the patches in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish with a lead of 50m including curing cost of materials, labour, complete as per specification. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

7.41 - Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per m2 including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

19.12.2 - Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Of area beyond 3 m² ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

12.90 - Providing & fixing of 3-track x 2-panel sliding windows made out of multi chambered UPVC (Matching to RAL-9016) sections and with minimum TiO2(Titanium Dioxide) at 6PHR with TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer) and lead free, gaskets -grey colour having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profile through-out the window frame. The outer frame having an overall size of 108mm width x 45mm height with reinforcement of 1mm thickness and Sash with overall size of 39mm x 75mm with GI reinforcement of 2mm and mesh sash of size 37mm x 58mm. Coextruded Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 20mm x 24 mm. Windows shall be provided with 6mm plain float glass, standard hardware& Multi point locking system with touch lock. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be of 2mm-2.5mm. Maximum possible size 2419mm x 2200mm. (The cost is inclusive of all fixtures and separate charges for minor T&P's shall not be made) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. 15.7 - Providing and supplying crystalline integral concrete waterproofing admixture that waterproofs concrete by forming crystals deep in the pores, capillaries and microcracks of the concrete, self-seal waterproofing compound to bridge shrinkage cracks upto 0.5mm in width & resist hydro-static pressure upto 16bar for both positive & negative pressure confirming to DIN 1048 part 5 for 56% reduction in depth of penetration against control, resistance to chloride penetration confirming to ASTM C 1202 with 64% improvement against control & protecting steel re-inforcement against corrosion mixed @ 1% by weight of cementitious content in concrete. ie., integral crystaline waterproofing admix @ 0.5 kg/bag of cement. (For calculation purpose 320 kg of Cement for M-20 grade of Concrete is considered in the analysis) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

11.6.2 - Supplying of recess mounting non integral type LED W luminaire comprising of pressure decast /extruded aluminum housing, with spring loaded fase ceiling clamps, Power LEDs with CCT 6500 degree K, CRI 70. efficacy 100 lumen per watt, 120degree beam spread, life 25000 burning hours and Compliance to IS 10322/IEC 60598, LM 79 & LM 80. The lamp compartment is enclosed with anti glare opal diffuser which enhances the lighting level. LEDs are driven by HF electronic driver integrated in a separate control gear assembly., with PF 0.95, power loss should 5 of lamp wattage., short circuit & open circuit protection to be integrated in the circuit, , THD less than 20, Life as per LM 79. The operating input voltage should be between 130 to 275 volts. 11.3.2 - Supplying of .feet - PVC Batten with integrated LED tube .W with high quality diffuser with Life of 25000 burning hours & 70% lumen maintenance with CRI 80. Power Input: 220-240V @ 50/60Hz & Power factor 0.9 along with CE approved. 2 years Warranty against any manufacturing defect working under standard electrical condition. (64/12.3) LED light fighting 1 x4'- 20/22 w ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. 6.4.1 - Supplying of Ceiling Fan with Capacitor rating As per guideline of BEE 5 star rating and IS:374/79 and also comply with IS:1709/1984 with latest amendment, Rated voltage 220 V/ 50 Hz, Rated power input 48 W 10 %, Rated current As per IS:374/79, Rated power factor 0.9 lagging(min), Rated speed 350 +/- 10% RPM, Rated air delivery 210 +/- 10% Cubic Meter Minimum, Rated service value 4.2 CMM / Watt, Three Blades of blade leaf 1.05 mm thick Aluminium Alloy sheet, Class B motor insulation, Bearing Two ball bearings, Top 6202, Bottom 6201 , as per IS specification, Motor wdg. 3.6.4 - Supplying and fixing of modular switch & connected accessories on existing modular switch plate as per IS 3854 and IS 1293. (10/3.6) Stepped Fan Regulator. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

13.1 - Fixing a ceiling / Wall mounting fan of all capacities and all types to the existing 'S' hook with fan regulator to the existing board together with supplying and fixing 5 amps. ceiling rose, necessary length of 23 / 0.0076 inch PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire and wiring. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

39.11 - Providing and fixing 100mm wide venetian blinds of window fashion fabric of Taiwan make, with 50mm thick powder coated channel with balance, imported, acrylic self alignable mechanism and equally placed spacers, imported tilting mechanism for easy tilting operation,with nylon imported thread and beadings, 100mm wide imported washable reusable fabric placed with top hanger and bottom with 1OOmm long bottom plate connected to nylon imported bottom link chain. The rate is inclusive of drilling holes for fixing channels to the wall, fixing threads and beadings and link chains, hard ware fixtures etc., complete as per drawing, specifications. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete.
