006 - Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cherry Red, Brown, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent

007 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For Fixed Portion :Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usagecharges of machinery complete as per specifications

008 - Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made rigid foam Prelam Panelled Door Shutters made from M.S. tube of 19x19mm, 19 gauge for stiles and 15x15mm for top & bottom rails, covered with heat moulded Prelaminated PVC C Channel of 5mm thick sheet & 30x50mm wide to form stiles & 5mm thick & 75mm wide Prelaminated PVC Sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & 5mm thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet Prelaminated on either side fitted in the M.S. frame, Sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC Designer beading on either side & joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., Complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge fixed to frames with 3 nos of 75mm Aluminium hinges

009 - Providing skirting, dadooing, rises of steps with white glazed tiles 6mm thick on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications.

010 - Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm

011 - Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm dia CP Brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality and make, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: using White Vitreous China Wash basin size 550x400 mm with a 15 mm CP Brass single hole basin mixer

012 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

013 - Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

015 - Suuplying PVC ringtite pipe conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest aendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, inclduing loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cot of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including enacasing the pipe alround to a dept of not less than 15 cms, with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangments for procudring water for testing ) etc, for PVC pipes 50mm dia., 6kg/sqc & class 5

016 - Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality 20 mm nominal bor

017 - Supplying heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe .mmdia .mm thick confirming to IS 2509 with suitable sizebends, metal/PVC Junction boxes, adhesive paste etc., and running before concreting the slab. The conduit should be tiedto the reinforcement rods by using binding wires and unused ways of junction boxes and pipe ends should be covered using PVC end enclosures, run with 18SWG GI fish wire wherever necessary

018 - Supplying and wiring adopting loop system in existing PVC Conduit /casing capping using 2x1.5mm2 (Phase & Neutral)& 1x1.0 mm 2 (Earth wire) FRLS multi strand PVC insulated copper wire (confirming to IS-694: and latest amendments) with a 6A flush type SP control switch shall be fixed on the existing plastic sheet/ gang box, the other end of the wires shall be terminated with sufficient loose length in a wood/PVC round block. complete for each outlet Long point above 6m upto 10m from tapping point to out let via switch

030 - Providing and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) 78, solar reflection 0.70 and initial emittance 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner as per direction of incharge.

031 - Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

032 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge

033 - Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 m². Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

034 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

035 - Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 m² and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish,all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (For Roof and Water Tanks)

036 - Making the opening in brick masonry for door/ window/ clerestory window including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
