004 - Detailed survey, along the approved route alignment approved after conducting the preliminary survey by using modern survey equipments like GPS/DGPS/Total Stations/Digital Theodolites including profiling, tower spotting and optimization of locations by using computer aided techniques as detailed in the scope of work, using PLS - CADD sofware in all types of terrrians and includes the following. a) Drawing route profile including Geographical features like Nalas, Rivers, Gardens, P&T Lines, Railways crossing etc. b) Leveling of the profile with reference to survey of india bench mark (MSL) c) Tower Schedule with optimization of tower location/ tower spotting d) Line Schedule along the right of waye) Burgie details and proving GPS, coordinates at each anchor point sfor identification of anchor locations including permanent marks like poles, telephone lines, building etc., f) Soil resistivity along the selected route with measurement at a distance not exceeding 2kms. g) Route marking along the approved route with GPS coordinates for all tower locations duly marking river/ road/ power line/ telecommunication/ railway line crossings. h) Making 150mm dia bore holes for a depth not less than 3mtrs or refusal strata at all tower locations in case of 400kV & 220kV kV transmission line & anchor point sfor 110kV & 66kV trasnmission lines and furnishing the bore log details for soil classification for each bore holes and backfilling of bore holes on completion of work.i) Digitised Contouring at undulated / hilly tower locations as detailed in technical specification for assessing the quantum of benching and revetment required. j) Detailed land schedule along the Right of Way. Plotting of line route on the digitised revenue village maps to show details of land along the line corridor with survey No. and computation of estimate of land compensation for line corridor land and tower foot area land as per prevailing guidance values notified by GOK. k) Preparation of schedules for processing of statutory clearances such as PTCC proposal (30 copies), Railway crossing proposal (10 sets per crossing), Railway crossing proposal (10sets per crossing), Forest proposal (10sets) in required number of copies (both hard & soft opies) and Highway crossing proposal including route profile as per the requirement of respective departments.l) Tree schedule containing the details like name of tre, girth sizeof tree, distance from centre line of the alignmnet, approximate height of the tree etc. m) Submission of detailed consolidated final report for survey work done appending all approved draft reports including all relevent information collected during survey, calibration certificates of the instruments used for the work, photos taken at site and submitting soft copies of all documents and reports in 6 Sets. The detailed report shall contain following approved draft reports Preliminary Report/ Detailed Survey Report/ Soil Resistivity Report/ Soil Classification report Location Wise/ Tree Schedule/ Line Schedule/ Land Schedule/ Burgie Details/ Digitised Contours/ Digitised Village Map Geo referenced and Super Inposed on the line corridor. for 110KV DC line.

005 - Preparation of revenue survey sketch of the land along the line corridor for the purpose of computing compensation for corridor land and tower foot area land through licensed GOK approved surveyor and submission of survey sketch, extent of land falling in the line corridor, name of the land owner and RTC in the form of a schedule with due certification from revenue authorities for the purpose of making payment of land compensation. i.
