Provding and fixing in position fully panelled shutters for windows with Honne wood styles and rails of 30mm. Thick, 75mm wide in two halves with panels provided with NUWUN (MDF) of 18mm thick including cost of materilas, labur charges, HOM complete as per specification (exclusing cost of fixtures)

Providing and fixing factory made single leaf rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32 mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V. - stabilized Isopthalic Gel coat and on layer of 450 gsm E-Glass Chopped strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5 mm Expanded polystyrene (EPS) structural foam panel of 29 mm thickness and a density of 20 Kg/m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Sal wood block of cross section not less than 28mmx32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles etc., shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material,the salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall confirm to RV/TIFAC Composites design centre Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in confirmation to IS 4020-1994. the finish of shutter will be plain color White / Ivory / Beige/ Light Grey or any other color using high quality pigments. Excluding cost of fixtures and inclusive of supply of shutters to respective work spot.

Providing skirting, dadoing, rises of steps with color glazed tiles on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications. for ceramic tiles of size 30x30 cm, 6 mm thick with border of size 30x10 cms

Providing and fixing 4mm thick glass panes to steel windows including luppum with two coats of approved paint.
