004 - Chipping unsound weak concrete material from slabs. Beams, columns & roofs upto 50mm by manual means or by standard power driven percussion type including cleaning reinforcement with wire brush complete as per direction of Engineer incharge of work

005 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (excluding cost of steel reinforcement & including formwork)-Mix 1:4:8( M5) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.(Material Requirement : Cement= 175 kg ( 3.50 bags): Metal: 0.89 m3 : Sand= 0.47 m3)

006 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification

007 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 009 - Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

010 - Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge -For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

011 - Providing and fixing of acid and alkali resistant tiles of 230x115x20mm size having minimum compressive strength of 500 kg/cm2, minimum flexural strength 70 Kg/cm2, resistance to acid (max 4.0%) and max 4% of % water absorption with all lead and lifts following the below procedure: 1) Surface preparation: Cleaning all loose dust particles and aggregates with a wire brush or other mechanical tools. The surface, if required shall be washed with soap water and then flushed with clean water to remove oil particles, grease etc., 2) Specification for AR tiling: over the dry even concrete/plastered surfaces, apply one coat of AR primer. Further over the dried primed surface, apply AR bitumen mastic to a thickness of 6mm. Over the Bitumastic surface, fix AR tiles of size 230x115x38mm (conforming to IS-4860 Class II) in the bedding of SDK silicate cement (conforming to IS-4832 Part I). Rake open the joints to about 10mm deep. Fill the joints with the pointing material of -EP Epoxy Resin cement (conforming to IS 4832 Part II)/Furocem powder and liquid by mixing in 3:1 ratio.

The surface, if required shall be washed with soap water and then flushed with clean water to remove oil particles, grease etc., 2) Specification for AR brick lining: over the dry even concrete/plastered surfaces, apply one coat of AR primer. Further over the dried primed surface, apply AR bitumen mastic to a thickness of 6mm. Over the Bitumastic surface, fix AR brick of size 230x115x38mm (conforming to IS-4860 Class II) in the bedding of SDK silicate cement (conforming to IS-4832 Part I).
