007 - Providing and fixing of Single/ Double chamber triple function tamper proof (Both the orifces to be housed in the single chamber) Air valves 80mm dia with Body and cover in Ductile cast iron of grade GGG 40/ 50. All internal parts such as float, shell with appurtenances., all cover bolts of austenitic alloy / SS 304 steel, DN 50 float of HOSTAFLON / SS 304 and gaskers and seals of EPDM. Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue RAL5005. The valves should be designed for all the three functions i.e., 1. Large orifice for venting of large air volumes on start up. 2. 008 - Providing, Laying and Fixing of GI pipes heavy duty 80mm dia conforming to IS 1239:1990 with latest amendments complete with GI fittings with cuts and threads wherever necessary, including testing for water tightness, with all lead and commissioning. (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) For : Heavy Duty GI Pipe etc. complete.-Heavy Duty GI pipe of 80mm dia

009 - Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

010 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

026 - Fencing with G.I. barbed wire Angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. 028 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification-(a)Buildings.

029 - Providing and fixing PVC water stopper of suitable type of 230 mm width and 5 mm thickness for construction joints as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

030 - Providing and installation of Class SN8 Double Wall Corrugated HDPE pipe outer wall corrugated and inner wall smooth piping system in accordance with IS 16098 part 2 and conveying to work site and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints with the help of two "O" rings and a coupler of suitable size, including loading and unloading at both destination and cutting of pipes where ever necessary including jointing with all labour, all lead and lift including encasing the pipe around to a depth of not less than 15 cm with screened soft soil available from the excavated soil. 031 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

032 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m, and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications
