004 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains, canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of Buildings & bridges and such simillar works in all kinds of soils, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils Depth upto 1.5 m

005 - Providing and installing at site of work P.V.C. pipes including cost of pipes and specials and labour, including lowering into trenches, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints leak proof including jointing of approved type with all labour charges and all lift charges, handling charges including encasing the pipe around to a depth not less than 15 cms with gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete. 6 Kg/m2: 63mm(weight of pipe is 0.662 kg)

006 - Providing PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will makehis own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. Complete for. 007 - Supplying of special moulded variety PVC couplers as per IS 7834/ 1987 and fabricated as per IG124/ 1984 with ISI mark and with its latest amendments to walk site etc. complete. 63 mm PVC Couplers.

008 - Supply and delivery at site special moulded variety PVC elbows as per IS 7834/ 1987 and fabricated as per IG124/ 1984 with ISI mark with its latest amendments 63 mm Dia PVC Elbows.

009 - Supply and delivery at site For 65 mm dia GM (Copper alloy) Gate valves confirming to Class-I as per IS 778 with latest amendments, 1 No. screwed in bonnet inside screw, rising spring spindle integral seat screwed females ends confirming to IS 554/ 1990 body hydraulically tested 1.5HP seat standard tested 1 HP with IS mark.

010 - Providing and fixing Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) pipes, for cold water supply including all uPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step uPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work. For 25 mm nominal dia Pipes.

011 - Supply of inputs such as sand, FYM, Red earth in 1:3:6 ratio.mixing and spreadingthe mixture to 7.50cm thickness wherever required (Red earth soil, Farm Yard manure and sand. *Red soil(earth) 0.0075 cum, *Farm yard manure 0.0225 Cum, *Sand 0.045 Cum the above mixed quantity is used for a area of 1.00Sqm X 1.00 Sqm at a thickness of 7.50cm to the lawn bed).

012 - Growing of Hedges: Digging trench of size 1mx0.30mx0.45m and filling 50% of the trench with top soil and remaining 50% trench with1:2:3 proportion of sand (0.0112), FYM (0.0224cum) red earth (0.0336cum) and planting of well grown plants (excluding cost of plants) (a) Normal soil.

013 - Providing of Hedges plants the plants should be already grown in primary at a height of minimum 0.30m to 0.50m with all lead and lifts etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

014 - Lawn development : G Procurement of quality lawn grass, C. Mexican Grass Turf

015 - Mixing of Input s as per prescribed proportion and quantity and spreading, applying fertilizers, digging, levelling, and dibbling with lawn grass at as pacing of 5cmx5cm & as per the direction of the Officer in charge of the work.

016 - Planting of Shrubs/ORNAMENTAL plants Digging pits of size 0.45 x 0.45 x0.45m filling 50% of the pit with top soil and remaining 50% of pit with1:2:3 proportion of sand (0.007), FYM (0.014cm) red earth (0.021cm) and and planting of well grown tree saplings (excluding cost of plants).

017 - Providing of Shrubs/ORNAMENTAL plants, the plants should be already grown in primary at a height of minimum 0.80m to 1.20m with all lead and lifts etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

018 - WORK TO BE UNDER TAKEN DURING MAINTENANCE: Watering :The plants and lawns in the garden should be watered frequently as required looking to the climate, soil and plant conditions: If sprinklers are made available, it can be used other wise hose pipe can be used for watering, problems regarding pipe line damage during watering/maintenance should be repaired and taken care. Weeding :Weeding has to be done regularly in the entire garden area including extra weed growth in the pathways and other remaining areas in the park. Weeding should be done regularly once in a fortnight and the weeds collected should be used for preparing manure or it should be disposed from the garden appropriately. Sweeping : Sweeping of the garden area has to be done daily. The pathways, entire garden area should be swept and kept free of fallen leanves, branches, flowers, dust etc., and should be made use for the public. Dust bins in the garden area should be emptied and disposed properly and regularly. Any dead rodent, pets or animals are founds should be removed immediately and the garden spaces should be free from foul smell. Gazeboo, Chairs and Other Adomments should be cleaned daily. Maintenance of Shrubs, Edges, Ground cover and other area by regular pruning, digging so as to maintain the garden aesthetically. Lawn moving shloud be done regularly every fortnight Digging of soil around plants in the garden, should be carried out. Soil basins should be prepared around the hedges/ edges/ trees/ shrubs/ ground covers by digging the soil so as to maintain retention of water. This should be done before and after monsoon. Pruning of plants in the garden, such as the Hedges, Trees, Shrubs, Ground cover plants, Topiary plants, Rose plants etc., should be carried out as and when required and as per the directions of officer in-charge of work. Transportation of plastic and other materials should be removed from the garden, must be taken care. The swept leaf materials only should be used for preparation of compost manure in the garden itself and the compost manure should be used in the garden. All dead plants, branches and other waste matirials should be removed regularly and transported outside the garden. in the garden area dried leaves and other waste materials should be regularly removed from the garden at the risk of contractors. 019 - Supply of the DAP (Di-ammonium Phosphate) -50kg/bag inorganic fertilizers and pesticides with all lead and lifts etc., all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

020 - Supply of the Urea-50kg/bag inorganic fertilizers and pesticides with all lead and lifts etc., all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

021 - Supply of the Bavistin Fungicide Hdpe Packet-1 kg/bag inorganic fertilizers and perticides with all lead and lifts etc., all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

022 - Supply of PPR Ball Valve Plastic (Heavy Body) confirming to IS 15801- 2008 and DIN Standards 8077/8092 PPR Ball Valve Plastic (Heavy Body) 25mm.

023 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

024 - Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 m²) over existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. For ground floor.

025 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/ Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.
