007 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

008 - Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra)-300 x 300 x 150 mm Kerb Stone

009 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

010 - Providing rubble and Pond Ash/Bottom Ash filling in layers of 250 to 300 mm including cost of all materails, machinery, labour, watering, ramming etc., with all lead and lift. (Pond Ash/Bottom Ash will be issued department at free of cost)

011 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

012 - Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, including formwork and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

013 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

014 - Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives with pure Acrylic Resin, UV resistant, dirt & pick up resistant, Alkali & Water resistant of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

015 - Filling approved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

016 - Supply of mixture of Red earth, Sand, and Cow dung in the ratio of 2:1:1 including mixing of earth, sand, and manure seperately. Including cost of all materials, labours etc., complete including spreading and leveling.

017 - Growing of Hedges-Digging trench of size1mx0.30mx0.45m and filling 50%of the trench with top soil and remaining 50% trench with 1:2:3 proportion of sand (0.0112), FYM(0.0224cum) red earth (0.0336cum) and planting of well grown plants (excluding cost of plants)-Normal soil

022 - Watering : The plants and lawns in the garden should be watered frequently as required looking to the climate, soil and plant conditions: If sprinklers are made available, it can be used other wise hose pipe can be used for watering, problems regarding pipe line damage during watering/maintenance should be repaired and taken care.Weeding : Weeding has to be done regularly in the entire garden area including extra weed growth in the pathways and other remaining areas in the park. Weeding should be done regularly once in a fortnight and the weeds collected should be used for preparing manure or it should be disposed from the garden appropriately. Sweeping : Sweeping of the garden area has to be done daily. The pathways, entire garden area should be swept and kept free of fallen leanves, branches, flowers, dust etc., and should be made use for the public. Dust bins in the garden area should be emptied and disposed properly and regularly. Any dead rodent, pets or animals are founds should be removed immediately and the garden spaces should be free from foul smell. Gazeboo, Chairs and Other Adomments should be cleaned daily. Maintenance of Shrubs, Edges, Ground cover and other area by regular pruning, digging so as to maintain the garden aesthetically. Lawn moving shloud be done regularly every fortnight. Digging of soil around plants in the garden, should be carried out. Soil basins should be prepared around the hedges/ edges/ trees/ shrubs/ ground covers by digging the soil so as to maintain retention of water. This should be done before and after monsoon. Pruning of plants in the garden, such as the Hedges, Trees, Shrubs, Ground cover plants, Topiary plants, Rose plants etc., should be carried out as and when required and as per the directions of officer in-charge of work.Transportation of plastic and other materials should be removed from the garden, must be taken care. The swept leaf materials only should be used for preparation of compost manure in the garden itself and the compost manure should be used in the garden. All dead plants, branches and other waste matirials should be removed regularly and transported outside the garden. in the garden area dried leaves and other waste materials should be regularly removed from the garden at the risk of contractors.
