A pressure of 5 to 7 kg/cm2 shall be maintained while grouting. Use a pneumatically /electrically operated pressure grouting machine to get the required pressure. Remove the nozzles next day by cutting and seal it with non-shrink two component epoxy putty. This shall also be carried out for areas where major cracks and leakage are observed in walls, columns, beams, column-beam-wall joints and fan cylinders. Line texture PU foam/PU plain and epoxy putty shall be in scope of Contractor.
