004 - Providing rubble and Pond Ash/Bottom Ash filling in layers of 250 to 300 mm including cost of all materails, machinery, labour, watering, ramming etc., with all lead and lift. (Pond Ash/Bottom Ash will be issued department at free of cost).

005 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, farmwork, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

006 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. All other type of structures

007 - Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, including formwork and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement shall be paid separately)-M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

009 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work

010 - Providing lath plaster with cement mortar 1:3, 5cms thick with 6mm dia mild steel bars at 20 cms. c to c both horizontally and vertically fixed with chicken mesh for drop chajja,facia, backing to cup boards including cost of all materials, labour, providing and removing form work usage charges, curing, complete as per specifications.

011 - Providing and fixing of acid and alkali resistant tiles of 0.23 x 0.115 x 0.038 m size having minimum compressive strength 200kg/cm2 and MOH hardness of with water absorption of less than 0.3% with all lead and lifts following the below procedure: 1. Surface reparation : Cleaning all loose dust particles and aggregates with a wire brush or other mechanical tools. The surface, if required shall be washed soap water and then flushed with clean water to remove oil particles, grease, etc. 2. Specification for AR tiling :over the dry even concrete surfaces, apply 1 coat of VIKOSEAL-AR primer. Further over the dried primed surface, apply VIKOSEAL-AR bitumen mastic to a thickness of 6mm. Over the Bitumastic surface, fix A.R. tiles of size 230 x 115 x 38mm (conforming to IS- 4860 Class II) in the bedding of VIKOPROOF-SDK silicate cement (conforming to IS-4832 Part I). Rake open the joints to about 3-4 mm wide and 10mm deep. Fill in the joints with VIKOPROOF-EP Epoxy Resin Cement (conforming to IS-4832 Part II)
