004 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir draft,approach channels, key trench, foundation of Bridges and such similar works,as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off or leveling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including costof labour, tools, usage & other appurtenances required to complete the work-In ordinary/soft rock without blasting upto 1.5 m depth

005 - Providing, lowering, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Glazed Stone Ware Pipes of following dia, conforming to IS 651:1992, IS 4127 with latest amendments, including conveying to work site, caulking with hemp dipped in tar and jointing with CM 1:1.5 using OPC, perfect linking and curing for 10 days and testing with water etc. with all lead, lifts and as per Technical Specifications. The cost to include the cost of all jointing materials, necessary survey works for laying of sewer lines etc. complete. The contractor will make own arrangements for procuring water for testing..- 100 mm dia. pipes

008 - Supplying and installation of Class SN8 Double Wall Corrugated HDPE pipe outer wall corrugated and inner wall smooth piping system in accordance with IS 16098 part 2 and conveying to work site and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints with the help of two “O” rings and a coupler of suitable size, including loading and unloading at both destination and cutting of pipes where ever necessary including jointing with all labour, all lead and lift including encasing the pipe around to a depth of not less than 15 cm with screened soft soil available from the excavated soil. The testing commissioning including necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS shall be done the contractor shall have to make his own arrangement for procuring water for testing- SN8 Double Wall Corrugated HDPE pipe sizes of 100 mm dia .

009 - Supplying and installation of Class SN8 Double Wall Corrugated HDPE pipe outer wall corrugated and inner wall smooth piping system in accordance with IS 16098 part 2 and conveying to work site and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints with the help of two “O” rings and a coupler of suitable size, including loading and unloading at both destination and cutting of pipes where ever necessary including jointing with all labour, all lead and lift including encasing the pipe around to a depth of not less than 15 cm with screened soft soil available from the excavated soil. 011 - Providing and constructing "WIRE CUT BRICK MACHINEHOLE CHAMBERS" using Portland/Pozzolana cement, conical in shape at top, with CC 1:3:6 foundation using 40mm and down size graded metal of approved quality and with an offset of 0.15M alround the chamber.Construct Brick masonry in CM 1:4, 340 mm thick, with wirecut bricks of approved quality, plaster inside and out side with CM 1:3, 12mm thick, except for the conical surface outside where the plaster thickness shall be 20mm. Slope inside to be 1:6 in the concrete towards central drain and finished smooth. Fixing of pipes in CC 1:2:4 with graded metal of 20mm and down size. Providing and fixing SFRC Machinehole frame and cover(Heavy Duty) conforming to IS:12592 with latest amendment, in CC 1:2:4. Providing and fixing footsteps made of 12mm dia. steel bars (Fe-500) with 3mm thick plastic encapsulation (IS-10910). The footsteps shall be fixed 30cms apart and on CC block embeded to masonry wall. The wholeworks include watering, curing, barricading, danger lighting, pouring tar over MH frame and cover, cost of tar, shoring, strutting, de-watering, engraving Machinehole number with flow direction on the inner conical surface etc. as per the drawing etc. as per technical specifications and for the following diameters and depth etc. for 1.0mm dia.[Constructing Brick Masonry Circular Machinehole 1.2 m internal dia. ,1.0 M depth & SFRC cover & frame]

012 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge.

013 - Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

014 - Providing and fixing SFRC frame and cover conforming to IS 12592 (part-I)-1988 and IS 12592 (part-II)- 1991 with latest amendment, including cutting slabs to the required size for the opening and fixing the cover in C.C. 1:2:4 and C.M. 1:3 plastering 20 mm thick to all exposed faces, curing for 10 days with all lead and lift with appurtenances. Medium Duty

015 - Maintenance of Sewage treatment plant like pumping of sewage water from pumping station located at colony to treatment plant, pumping of sewage sludge from clarifiers to sludge beds, operation and servicing & maintainance of motors, pumps and gear boxes at regular intervals, lubricating of motors, pumps and gear box, carrying out the minor repairs, adding the chlorine to treated sewage water etc., complete with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer In Charge [Agency shall depute literate Auto Electrician in shifts] For sewage treatment plant at Ist colony

016 - Maintenance of Sewage treatment plants of 105 KLD & 125KLD (STP1 & STP2) of Ambikanaagar colony like removing of sludge and repair of foot valve, gardening, weeeding in garden and watering to garden plants etc., complete with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge

017 - Providing and supplying of test reports by collecting waste water sample, treated waste water sample from the Sewage treatment plant of Ambikanagar colony, conducting tests on untreated waste water - 1.Suspended Solids, 2.BOD, 3.COD, 4.pH, and Conducting tests on treated waste water - 1.Suspended Solids, 2.BOD, 3.COD, 4.pH, Conducting tests on Sludge sample-1.pH, 2.Nitrogen, 3.Potassium, 4.Phosphate by the agency Empenelled by Karnataka State Pollution Control Board and submitting the report within the last week of every month, with test results and permissible limts of above said parameters, including cost of materials, tools & plants, collecting and conveying etc., complete with all lead and lifts (Sampling & testing shall be as per IS 3025:1987)

018 - Spraying of Chemicals/spraying insecticides such as Temephos 50%/Equivalent to control the mosquitoes all around and inside the colony in both residential & non-residential building areas in alternative days including cost of labours, T&P and cost of required all chemicals/ insecticides etc., complete with all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Spraying Machines will be provided Departmentally)

019 - Spraying of Chemicals/spraying insecticides such as K-Othrine Flow or equilvalent to control the mosquitoes all around and inside the colony in both residential & non-residential building areas in alternative days including cost of labours, T&P and cost of required all chemicals/ insecticides etc., complete with all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Spraying Machines will be provided Departmentally)

020 - Fogging with mosquito control chemicals all around and inside the colony in both residential & non-residential building areas including cost of labours, DPOL (Diesel,petrol,Oil and Lubricants) and T&P etc., complete with all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Fogging Machine will be supplied Departmentally, maintenance and repairs of machineries shall be attended/carried out by the agency )
