004 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

005 - Providing & applying over well prepared even, well cured, sound, dry surface (ie; less than 5% surface moisture ), 2 coats of prepacked, dual component, solvent free epoxy primer, mixed in as supplied whole packs quantities using slow speed, electrically driven mixing machine (max 300 rpm) mixed to a uniform, low viscous consistency & applied to surface by spray / brush/roller, immediately after mixing, well within it's spot life, so as to fully wet, penetrate & seal the surface. Incase of absorption into the surface, a 2nd coat to be applied followed by broadcast of fine quartz aggregates ( of nominal 0.5mm grain size) over wet & yet unset primed surface so as to adhere into the primer..Nitoprime of Fosroc / Dr Cipy Pidilite or equal & approved including filling surface cracks, all as per directions of Engineer In Charge.

006 - Providing, supplying & Applying on the Roof / Headrooms / Slab / Chajjas / Parapet / Water tank platforms high pressure sprayed on Elastomeric Liquid Applied membrane forming, Pure polyurea (1:1) waterproof membrane applied pressure sprayed on using proprietary dual component sprayer proportioner graco sprayer, applied at min.150 bar to form a dense, compact, tough, impermeable, elastomeric membrane minimum 1.5mm dry film thickness, achieved in 2 wet on wet pass coats in cross hatch pattern, application applied perpendicular to first, forming membrane with minimum properties elongation greater than 300% Tear resistance greater than 65N/mm, Tensile greater than 15N/sqmm & bonded tenaciously primed host concrete surface to form a seamless, hole fre, uniform membrane including all access scaffolda, equipments, tools & tackles . Fosroc Polyurea / Securea SC Dr Cipy / Pidilite/ Asian make approved & approved all as per directions of Engineer Incharge .

007 - Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

008 - Checking the interior of the tank, marking & exposong the cracks & joints by light chiselling / cutting using angle grinders along the cracks to a sound substrate ( approx upto 20mm X 20mm size).

009 - Providing & applying multi component pre-packed epoxy putty to seal the cracks & joints well compacteed into the grooves to set to a tight seal, applied in multiple layers as necessary to ensure no sag & tight seal including reprofiling the joints so as to achieve a level/ even surface flush wth wall / floor surface. Nitocote VF of Fosroc or suitable equal & All as per diections of Engineer in charge.

010 - Providing & drilling injection port holes 14mm dia, along cracks / joints max 300mm c/c staggered alongboth sides of the crack/joint, fixing injection nozzles with NRV to a tight fit, suitable for subsequent injection of low viscosity resin epoxy. Including removal of nozzles after grouting & patching up of the holes to flush with surface.

011 - Providing & injecting low viscosity dual component epoxy / PU grout ( Nitofill /Conbextra EP10 of Fosroc or equal & approved) to seal the cracks / joints under pressure & as directed by EIC.

012 - Check the pipe outlets / penetrations in the walls & bore pack the surround of each penetration using non shrink grout trowel / flow applied to achieve a tight seal all as per directions & approval of EIC.

013 - Providing & fixing GI mesh 3mm X 50mm X 50mm by suitable corrosion resistant anchoring onto prepared RC surfaces, to receive palster .

014 - Providng & applying C:S plaster 18mm thick( 1:4) mixed with approved liquid ingeral waterproofing admixture to make good the removed plaster & finishing the RC surface flush, including curing etc complete.

015 - Providng & applying triangular edge coving at junction of base & walls of size approx 75mm X 75mm using CM 1;4 inlcuding applying Nitobond bonding agent & admixed with intergral waterproofing admixture, finished to a dense compaction, even surface, including curing complete

016 - Preparing the interior base & vertical surfaces of the tank suitably using mechanical grinding, cleaning the surface to dust free surface condition, followed by appication of two coats of water based epoxy coating suitable & certified for contact with potable water, to a nominal DFT 300 microns as approved & directed by EIC. complete
