004 - Supplying 150mm dia CI wheel gate valve(Rising sluice valve) with flanged ends as per design standared ISO 5996:1984 / BS 5163-1:2004 (as per the technical spec attched In detail) with all necessary fittings and arrangements complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. including cost of all materials, labours and HOM with all lead and lift, loading and unloading and all aplicable taxes as per the direction of the engineer incharge.

006 - Providing and fixing Brass full way valve gate with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :50 mm nominal bore

007 - Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) Above 40 mm nominal bore including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

008 - Cutting road surfaces for pipeline trenches and disposing of the excavated stuff as directed including barricading, danger lighting etc. in the classifications for:Macadam Road

009 - Clearing of jungle, bushes, cutting trees upto 15cm girth including disposing off the material etc., complete with all lead & lifts.

010 - Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

011 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

012 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

013 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications.

014 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

015 - Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOCless than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 m². Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

016 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. For : Steel

017 - Renewing Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/m²), with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

018 - Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).

019 - Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/ m2 (both side inclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with : GI Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ m2 (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

020 - Fabrication and supply of steel locker of size 1.98x1.37x0.45mt(Set of six lockers- each locker size 0.91x0.45x0.45mtr) made of prime quality deoxidized steel panel body & powdercoated in grey colour fitted with all necessary fixutures including cost of all materials, labour, with all lead and lift, loading & unloading as per the specification & direction of the engineer-in-charge.
