004 - Earth work excavation for pipeline trenches in all kinds of soils by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, bracing, using sight rails & bonding rods at every 100 mm wherever necessary as directed,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., and all other appurtenances complete in the following strata. Depth exceeding 3.0m, but not exceeding 4.50 m.

005 - Dewatering the sewage / storm water by using reqired HP submersible pump for the diversion of storm / sewage during the execution of work. Considering for one Pump. 10 hp pump.

006 - Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge to the appropriate disposal area.

007 - Providing and application of FOSROC renderoc plug water proofing and quick setting cement compound at concrete pipe joints to arrest the leakage of water, including cost of all materials, men, application charges etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

008 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators,including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:2:4 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

009 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification.All other type of structures.

010 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

011 - Providing and filling murrum / gravelly soil ( CNS soil ) above pipes including cost of all materials, labour, spreading soil in layers of 100 to 150 mm, breaking clods, watering, compaction by power roller to achieve density control of not less than 95 percent and all other ancillary operations complete.

012 - Providing and grouting with single component Polyurethane Foam injection grout at dripping leakage locations, grout mixed at ratio of 10:1 (10 parts of Resin: 1 part accelerator) at the rate of 0.40kg/nozzle which will foam after reaction with water/ moisture, cream time less than 20 seconds, rise time less than 30 seconds, foam expansion more than 30 times. It has a mixed viscosity of less than 350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. Allow the PU foam grout to cure for 5 to 10 mins. Providing and grouting with two component Polyurethane based non foam injection grout mixed at ratio of 2:1 (2 parts of Base: 1part Hardener) which will injected through same nozzle at the rate of0.30kg/nozzel which gives Adhesion strength greater than 2.5 MPa, Adhesion in wet concrete greater than 1.5MPa, Elongation greater than 80%. It has a mixed viscosity of less than 350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of nonreturn valve injection packers at dripping leakage locations and damp patch locations, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. All the application procedure shall be as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.
