005 - Providing and laying Polished Glazed Vitrified tiles with thickness 10 mm in floor with different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). 007 - Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and pre paring the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge For Work at El.15.50 M

008 - Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gL of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 009 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. For Work at El.15.50 M

010 - Providing supplying& fixing of fixed glass partition 12mm thick toughened glasses of SAINT GOBAIN make using of top & bottom aluminum fish mouth with approved colour powder coating with applying of silicon sealant, lifting & fixing glass labour charges including transportation etc. complete.

011 - Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineerincharge (Door Handle H Type 45 CM x 7 CM x 3 CM Dia, lock 13 CM x 9.5 CM x 6.50 CM) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the EngineerinCharge. 012 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber,neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing paneling, C.P. brass stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineerin charge. 015 - Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineerincharge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kgm²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. 016 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineerincharge.

017 - Providing and fixing chromium plated brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

018 - Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel of approved make and colour for false ceiling with necessary aluminium frame works at required level made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent with necessary hardwares, 25mm & 32mm GI screws with 3mm silicon joints. It shall be suspended with the frame work and accessories complete from roof slabs, beams etc., by using 50mm x 50mm MS tubular sections painted with two coats epoxy rust proof painting over a coat of epoxy primer. The panel should consist of 3mm thick nonhalogenated FR grade mineral based polymer core (2hr fire resistance as per ASTM E11912 and clause B, do as per, BS476 EN 13501) sandwiched between 0.50mm skin thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces will be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint. The system shall be fixed using GI brackets, aluminium L cleats and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washer and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories required as per site condition, sealing shall be done using weather sealant necessary rods etc., complete including all leads, lifts, transportation and scaffolding charges as per direction of Engineer in charge. Necessary openings for fixing of LED lights, AC diffusers, fire hydrant lines etc.., shall be provided by the agency as per the requirement at site. The height of false ceiling is 2.8m from floor level. The suspended height above false ceiling will be up to 3.0m. The agency has to furnish the required design & pattern of ACP false ceiling as per site requirement before execution of work.

019 - Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per m2 including both side) consisting of main T runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between mainT at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross T of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls partitions on a Perimeter wall angle precoated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main T runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be prepainted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EngineerinCharge. 020 - Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panel of approved make and colour for wall cladding for BrickRccstone walls & coloumns beams with necessary aluminium frame works at required level made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent. The panel should consist of 3mm thick nonhalogenated FR grade mineral based polymer ( 2 hrs fire resistance as per ASTM E11912 and clause B, S1, do as per ENT 135011sandwiched between 0.50 skins thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces will be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint.
