004 - Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

005 - Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

006 - Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per m2, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

007 - Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

008 - Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick plaster of paris (Gypsum anhydrous) for ceiling reinforced with hessian cloth flat surface with ceiling tiles up to a height of 5 m above floor level over aluminium strips 25mm x 6mm and rendered smooth with plaster of paris including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

009 - Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ m2, both side inclusive) consisting of main ""T"" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross ""T"" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main ""T"" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ""T"" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/ making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc Main ""T"" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GIadjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T- sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 g/m2 (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

010 - Providing and fixing in position PVC Printed Wall Panel made up of PVC thickness 5mm over existing wall surface by preparing the surface even, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipment etc., complete as per specification and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

011 - Providing, diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for Post-constructional antitermite treatment with Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration - Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 l/m including drilling and plugging holes etc.:

012 - Providing and laying flooring and steps fine machine polished granite stone slabs 20 mm thick on cement mortar bed 1:6, 20 mm thick, and joints finished with cement mortar 1:3 over existing cement concrete bed , including cost of materials, mortar, labour, curing complete as per specifications

013 - Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete

014 - Removal of old broken glass panes ( any thickness of size, quality or description ) from metal frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads including cost of labour, complete as per specifications.

015 - Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

016 - Providing and fixing in position pillar cock of approved quality (Jaquar or Equivalent) 20mm nominal bore including cost of all materials, labour and HOM of equipments with all leads complete as per specifications.

024 - Providing and fixing in position wall mount Tumbler Holder with glass tumbler of approved quality (Jaquar or Equalent) including cost of all materials, labour and HOM of equipments with all leads complete as per specifications.

025 - Providing and fixing white vitreous china clay wash basin size 520x360x125mm of approved quality (Jaquar or Equalent) including cost of all materials, labour and HOM of equipments with all leads complete as per specifications.

026 - Providing & fixing of Tea table 900mm x 750mm 450mm with 12mm thick ethched tempered glass with bevelled drawing made out of BWP ply and out faces laminated with 4mm thick veneer or 1mm thick laminate.

027 - Providing and fixing Single seater Sofa with cushion of size 3(L)x2.5(W) X2.75(H) ft made of upholstery fabric with seats fitted with padding, springs, webbing and as per direction of engineer in charge.

028 - Providing & fixing 100% Polyester Curtains with specification of regular wash as per direction of Engineer in charge.

029 - Providing and supplying pillow (Memory foam) with deep sleeping comfort of size upto 70cm x 40cm as per direction of engineer in charge.

030 - Providing & supplying 100% Polyester machine wash capable blanket 66x90inches with calm and light colors as per direction of Engineer in charge of work.

031 - Providing and supplying single size 6ft x 2.5ft soft PU foam 5 inch thick mattress of reputed make with better enhanced air circulation & breathability & sleeping comfort of size as per direction of engineer in charge.

032 - Providing and fixing Overhead rain showers of minimum dimension 225x225mm & wall flange made of Stainless steel with all concealed fitting arrangements & all necessary accesories complete - Class Economy

033 - Dismantling kerb stone by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and lead .

034 - Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means for lowering & leveling the ground for all works other than foundation in all kinds of soils & upto depth not exceeding 300mm as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including Cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenances required to complete the work.

035 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

036 - Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra) 300X300X150mm

037 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

038 - Supply and installation of new 1000LPD hot water tank and reconnect with OLD FPC panels including cost of hose pipes, clamps etc including cost of materials, leads and lifts as per kind direction of Engineer incharge.

039 - Reconditioning of 20 no's panels (FPC), Replacing of top and bottom damaged legs and replacing of 114 rubber gaskets Anode rod,copper base,support rubber , hoses, clamps, fasteners etc. and painting of the MS items ( excluding cost of plumbing work)

040 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPV solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge. Internal Work - Exposed on wall-25mm dia nominal dia pipe.

041 - SCRAPPING AND REMOVING TOP SOIL :-Scrapping the area by removing 0.15m soil and removing of unwanted plants,grass along with roots.25km initial transport, including lead, lift loading and unloading charges.(1x1x0.15mt) (depth=0.15mt).

042 - Earth work excavation for pipelines/cables by Manual means upto 600 mm trench width, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or leveling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage& other appurtenances required to complete the work.

043 - Providing PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will makehis own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. Complete for. 044 - Supply and delivery at site For 65 mm dia GM (Copper alloy) Gate valves confirming to Class-I as per IS 778 with latest amendments, 1 No. screwed in bonnet inside screw, rising spring spindle integral seat screwed females ends confirming to IS 554/ 1990 body hydraulically tested 1.5HP seat standard tested 1 HP with IS mark.

045 - Supply of inputs such as sand, FYM, Red earth in 1:3:6 ratio.mixing and spreadingthe mixture to 7.50cm thickness wherever required (Red earth soil, Farm Yard manure and sand. *Red soil(earth) 0.0075 cum, *Farm yard manure 0.0225 Cum, *Sand 0.045 Cum the above mixed quantity is used for a area of 1.00Sqm X 1.00 Sqm at a thickness of 7.50cm to the lawn bed).

046 - Growing of Hedges: Digging trench of size 1mx0.30mx0.45m and filling 50% of the trench with top soil and remaining 50% trench with1:2:3 proportion of sand (0.0112), FYM (0.0224cum) red earth (0.0336cum) and planting of well grown plants (excluding cost of plants) (a) Normal soil.

047 - Providing of Hedges plants the plants should be already grown in primary at a height of minimum 0.30m to 0.50m with all lead and lifts etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

048 - Lawn development : G Procurement of quality lawn grass, C. Mexican Grass Tur

049 - Mixing of Input s as per prescribed proportion and quantity and spreading, applying fertilizers, digging, levelling, and dibbling with lawn grass at as pacing of 5cmx5cm & as per the direction of the Officer in charge of the work.

050 - Planting of Shrubs/ORNAMENTAL plants Digging pits of size 0.45 x 0.45 x0.45m filling 50% of the pit with top soil and remaining 50% of pit with1:2:3 proportion of sand (0.007), FYM (0.014cm) red earth (0.021cm) and and planting of well grown tree saplings (excluding cost of plants).

051 - Providing of Shrubs/ORNAMENTAL plants, the plants should be already grown in primary at a height of minimum 0.80m to 1.20m with all lead and lifts etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

052 - Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

053 - Providing and fixing in position King Size Bed in Sheesham wood of size 85 x 78.5 x 38 inches without storage, Color: Brown complete including cost of materials, conveyance charges, labour & equipment etc., as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

054 - Supply of Ortho Bloomz Bonnell Spring mattress of size 78 x 72 x 8 inches including cost of material and transportation as directed by Engineer In Charge.

055 - Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made rigid foam Prelam Panelled Door Shutters made from M.S. tube of 19x19mm, 19 gauge for stiles and 15x15mm for top & bottom rails, covered with heat moulded Prelaminated PVC C Channel of 5mm thick sheet & 30x50mm wide to form stiles & 5mm thick & 75mm wide Prelaminated PVC Sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & 5mm thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet Prelaminated on either side fitted in the M.S. frame, Sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC Designer beading on either side & joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., Complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge fixed to frames with 3 nos of 75mm Aluminium hinges. with both side prelam.

057 - Providing, supplying and installation of Three seater Waiting chairs of size 58.4D x 177.8W x 78.7H Centimeters (GARDEN DECO) with Mild steel,Iron with all necessary fittings, fixtures including cost of all materials, loading and unloading, leads and lifts as per kind direction of Engineer incharge
