004 - Pay Loader Charges for loading of Washed Coal in to Railway Wagons (Bidder to Quote Rupees per MT INCLUSIVE of 18% GST)

005 - Scenario 1: Difference in Freight Cost : Bidder to quote this item, when railway freightfrom the proposed washery siding of bidder is more than the existing average railway freight of theKPCL (Rs. 1468.6 per MT including GST). The details are explained as under: Illustration: 1) Existing railway freight from WCL raw coal loading point to RTPS (Sidingcode KPCC) with an average distance of 675 KMs is Rs. 1468.6 per MT including GST. (denoted asA) 2) Freight from proposed washery railway siding of the bidderto RTPS (Rs./MT) as per FOIS of Indian Railways including GST depending upon the distance between bidders Washery siding to RTPS. (The same has to be calculated by bidders from FOIS). (denoted as B). Bidder to quote difference between railway freight as stated above i.e B minus A = (B - 1468.6 per MT). Note: The railway freight has to be calculated considering train load basic freight and including 5% GST. Important information: If the difference in railway freight depending upon thedistance is zero then the bidder to quote minimum of Rs. 0.01 perMT since the portal does'nt allow .ZERO value.

006 - Scenario 2: Difference in Freight Cost : Bidder to quote this item only when railway freight from the proposed washery siding of bidder is LESS THAN the existing average railway freight of the KPCL (Rs. 1468.6 per MT including GST). The details are explained as under: Illustration: 1) Existing railway freight from WCL raw coal loading point to RTPS (Siding code KPCC) with an average distance of 675 KMs is Rs. 1468.6 per MT including GST. (denoted as A) 2) Freight from proposed washery railway siding of the bidder to RTPS (Rs./MT) as per FOIS of Indian Railways including GST depending upon the distance between bidders Washery siding to RTPS. (The same has to be calculated by bidders from FOIS). (denoted as B). Bidder to quote difference between railway freight as stated above i.e A minus B = (1468.6 - B) per MT. Note: The railway freight has to be calculated considering train load basic freight and including 5% GST. 007 - Rebate on Sale of Reject Coal including GST. Bidder to quote price of reject coal over and above reserve price of Rs.1062 per MT including GST (Reserve price of Rs 900 per MT plus 18% GST). Bidder shall quote more than the reserve price of Rs 1062 per MT including GST. Note: Bidder to quote the cost of reject coal INCLUDING GST. Illustration: If Rebate on sale of reject coal bybidder is Rs 910 per MT excluding GST. Then Bidder to quote Rs 910 per MT plus 18% GST, whichworks out to Rs. Rs 910+163.8 =Rs 1073.8 per MT including GST.
