004 - Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

005 - Dismantling chain link fencing including removing the posts, cement concrete fedestals, foundation and stacking the useful materials safely at a distance to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

006 - Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

007 - Demolishing stone rubble masonry in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

008 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains, canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of Buildings & bridges and such similar works in all kinds of soils, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils Depth upto 1.5 m.

009 - Providing rubble and murum filling in layers of 250 to 300 mm including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, watering, ramming and all other ancillary operations complete.

010 - Providing and Filling in foundation with available reject coal lumps/boulders with bottom ash/pond ash including hand packing, ramming, watering, including cost of all materials and labour with all lead and lift. complete as per specifications.

011 - Providing and constructing un-coursed rubble stone masonry with approved stones in CM 1 : 4 proportion by volume portions of return walls/ abutments/ similar structure including cost of all materials, labour, cleaning, batching and mixing mortar, packing mortar and wedging stone chips into joints, finishing, curing and all other ancillary operations complete. for sub-structure.

012 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead and lifts, shuttering charges, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

013 - Providing 6 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on concrete surface / ceilings including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

014 - Fabricating, supplying, installing Pre-stressed minimum M-30 grade concrete concrete compound wall panels each of 7 feet x1 feet x2 inch casted with pre-stressing system by using 4 pieces of 3 mm PCC steel wire for each panel upto 6 feet height of compound wall with the Pre-stressed concrte I-section column of 6 inch x 6 inch x 8 feet casted with 7 pieces of 3mm PCC steel wire with pre-stressing system. 2 feet height of column to be fixed under ground or under UCR masonry wall as per the site condition and remaining 6 feet height of column to be exposed above ground level or above masonry wall to hold the concrete panels upto 6 feet height. The design of the compound wall panels and I-section should be confirmed from Engineer in-charge. Panels to be fabricated with approved KPCL BTPS lettering on the surface of panel. The item rate includes cost of all materials, men and machinery charges, handling, transportation to BTPS site with all leads and lifts complete as diretced by Engineer in-charge.

015 - Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

016 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

017 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification.All other type of structures.
