002 - CEMENT BASED INJECTION GROUTING: Supply & apply of Cement Slurry by Injection Grouting: Supplying & providing injection of cement (OPC/PPC) slurry with approved admixtures for setting time retarder through the installed plastic nozzle at pressure up to 5bars along identified crack location at wall of the track hopper. Water cement ratio for the injection grouting shall be limited to 0.4. Grouting shall be continued till rejection or occurrence of cement slurry seepage through crack and/or nozzle. 003 - Providing and installing TPO single side Fleece back Membrane, Membrane shall be high performance heat weldable, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) sheet, manufactured & supplied in specified thickness of 1.2mm, designed for waterproofing and heat shielding roofs of new and existing buildings, with puncture resistance of 57LBF-ASTM D 751, breaking Strength 125 LBF-ASTM D751, tear strength 30 LBF-ASTM D751 procedure B, high peel Strength of seam joints and heat welds, Chlorine free, plasticizer free, phthalate free. Environmentally friendly and safe for humans, Exceptional resistance to heat , UV, Ozone, bacteria, chemical, acid corrosion, Resistance to root penetration, suitable for green roofs, Continuous serviceability from-30 degree Cel to 100 degree Cel. without cracking, tearing or brittleness failure, 100% recyclable.
