Part “A” Part “A” TURNKEY PORTION: Survey, Investigation, Planning and Design with drawings for all components (Approved by Department) of the scheme for both Part-A & Part-B , Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Scheme to Supply Water to Suffering achkat of New maddur Branch Canal beyond 47th KM by lifting Water from Hebballa in Maddur Taluk, MANDYA DISTRICT. Consisting of the Components such as Providing M.S and DI Rising Main Pipes Including Earthwork Excavation In all Classifications, Construction Of Anchor Blocks & Thrust Blocks, Encasing of The Pipes In Road / Halla Crossings, providing RCC supports to rising main as per necessity, Providing Suitable Dismantling Joints, Vent Pipes, Bleeders, Conducting Surge Analysis and Providing Suitable Surge Protection System, Conducting Sump Model Analysis, Providing & fixing all types of necessary Valves of Suitable Capacity with construction of valve chambers, Providing and Erecting Delivery Pipes to Manifold, Construction of delivery chambers, etc., with Suitable Foundations, Providing, Erecting & Commissioning of Suitable Pumps and Motors, providing 1 No. of 11/6.6 K.V. Power transformers substation,including providing Metering cubicle, platform for cubicles and transformers, Auxiliary transformer, providing chain link fencing to Outdoor substation and transformers, Design,fabrication, erection and commissioning of EOT Cranes of Suitable Capacity with assembly, wheel tracks, seal tracks, guide rails, gate groove liners, stoplog gate and assembly, mono rail hoist assembly, structural steel hoist assembly, trash rack liners and panels, arranging power supply to pump house control room with necessary control cables, HT panels, soft starters, capacitor bank, breakers and allied components as Per KPTCL / BESC Norms and Other Connected Electrical & Electro-Mechanical Works, Formation of Approach Roads, etc complete Supply of Spare Parts, Tools, Technical Man Power for Operating and Maintaining the Scheme for a Period Of 3 years after successful commissioning of the scheme.

Providing and placing sand bags consisting of empty cement bags filled with 35 to 40 kg locally available sand for forming ring bund including cost of all materials,labour, plugging joints with selected earth, etc complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter( 0.113 cum ) for pipe line trenches, foundation of anchor block, thrust blocks/ saddles and other similar structures and placing excavated stuff neatly as directed including cost of all materials,machinery, labour,barricading the area,providing danger lights and other safety measures etc complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
