Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter(0.113Cum) for approach channel, foundation of jack-well/pump house, delivery chamber and appurtenant structures and placing excavated stuff neatly in specified dump area or disposing off the same as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, working in wet and watery site conditions (excluding dewatering) etc.,complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter(0.113Cum) for Pipe line trenches, foundation of anchor blocks / saddles and other similar structures and placing excavated stuff neatly as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, barricading the area, providing danger lights & other safety measures etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in soft rock without blasting including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter(0.113Cum) for Pipe line trenches, foundation of anchor blocks /thrust blocks/ saddles and other similar structures and placing excavated stuff neatly as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, barricading the area, providing danger lights & other safety measures etc.,complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter(0.113Cum) for foundation of canal cross drainage and other and appurtenant structures and placing excavated stuff neatly in specified dump area or disposing off the same as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc.,complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.)

Providing and laying 250 mm thick sand blanket below embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, spreading sand to specified thickness etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying HDPE pipes conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite including loading and unloading at both desination and rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials by electrofusion welding including encasing the pipe around to a depth of not less than 15cms with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc., complete and giving hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS with all lead and lift including testing and commissioning. The rate is exclusive of required specials and fittings etc., complete (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). Upto 110mm dia, coils shall be used. i) HDPE grade - PE80 confirming to IS 4984-1995 & PN 6.0 complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. 500 mm dia (OD)

Refilling pipeline trenches with available soil obtained from excavation of trenches in layers of 150mm thickness (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, tamping each layer to specified degree of compaction etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing of Cast Steel Double flanged Dual Plate check valve class 300 confirming to API 594 with latest amendments as detailed below of following diameters and types and conveying to work site, loading, unloading, stacking etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. The rates are inclusive of cost of Bolts & nuts. Class 300

Supply & fixing of single chamber triple function tamper proof ( both the orifies to be housed in the single chamber) Air Valves with body and cover in ductile cast iron of grade GGG 50. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts of austenitic alloy/SS 304 steel, DN 50 float of HOSTAFLON/SS 304 and gaskers and seals of EPDM. Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue RAL 5005. The valves should be designed for all the three functions i.e., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. a) Large orifice for venting of large air volumes on start up. b) Large orifice for intake of large air volumes. c) Small orifice for discharge of pressurized air during operation.

Supply & delivery of Resilient seated soft sealing Sluice valves with body, bonnet of Ductile Iron of grade GGG50, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacum tight and 100% leak proof with face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/IS 14846-2000/ DIN 3202 F4/F5. The stem sealing should be with Toroidal sealing rings ( minimum 2 'O' rings). All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less body passage. The valves shall be supplied with suitable size galvanized bolts & nuts of required numbers as per relevant ISI 80mm dia,complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-10 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 10 N/Sq mm) grade cement concrete using 40mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregate for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning bed, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Cement content:220Kg/cum for use of super plasticizer)

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N/Sq mm) grade cement concrete using 40mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregate for foundation filling/levelling course including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning bed, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating/tamping, finishing, curing etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Cement content:240Kg/cum for use of super plasticizer).

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20N/sq mm) grade cement concrete using 20mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregate for sub-structure works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Cement content 330 kg/cum with use of super plasticizer)

Providing & constructing 250 mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm using stones & stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing/wedging stone chips, finishing, etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel bars for RCC works including cost of all materials, machinery, Labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding, wherever required, tying with 1.25mm dia soft annealed steel wire, etc.,complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge

KSRRB M300-59.2. Loosening, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment / subgrade, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment / subgrade including HOM construction, labour etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

KSRRB-M-300 - 53: Construction of embankment with approved material Gravel /Murrum with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to requilred slope & compacting to meet requirement Table 300-2 complete as per specifications, including cost of gravel /Murrum, watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller to 95% of proctors density. complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

KSRRB M400- Water Bound Macadam KSRRB M400-14.1. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3- wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Specification. A. By mannual means. MORTH Specification No. 404 - Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel for grading II complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing new embankment abutting to existing bund to strength the existing bund using soil from approved borrow area in layers of 200 to 250 mm and compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent by vibrating plate compactor or pnuematic tamper including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, picking previous layer, spreading soil in layer, breaking clods, watering etc., complete with all lead & lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.
