Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work-In ordinary soft rock without blasting etc complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing..etc complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) using M20 Design Mix using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.etc complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts,cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) using M25 Design Mix using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.etc complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing TMT Fe 500 & above Reinforcement in Foundation / Substructure / Superstructure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications..etc complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and constructing 300 mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm using stones and stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials,labour,hand packing / wedging stone chips,finishingetc., complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and constructing 150 mm dia hume pipe weep holes for concrete /masonry walls including cost of allmaterials,machinery,labour, providing 200 x 200 x 200 mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20 mm down coarse aggregate in 1 : 4 proportion by volume with 100 mm thick sand backing at the junction of wall and soil back fill etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m etc., complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing new embankment abutting to existing bund to strength the existing bund using soil from approved borrow area in layers of 200 to 250 mm and compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent by vibrating plate compactor or pnuematic tamper including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, picking previous layer, spreading soil in layer, breaking clods, watering etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and constructing 600 mm thick hand packed rough stones revetment with 650 to 750 mm long through stones at 1.50 m c / c over 450 mm thick graded filter media backing consisting of sand 10 mm down and 40 mm down approved clean, hard, graded aggregates laid in layers of 150 mm thick each including cost of all materials for revetment and filter, machinery, labour, laying to required slopes as per approved drawings, packing and wedging with stone chips, finishing surface etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation ,grass,bushes,shrubs,saplings,and trees grith up to 300mm,removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unservicable materials to be used or auctioned,including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness Ref ti MorT & H Spec.201 by mechanical means in area of thorny jungle etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Surface Drains in Soil Construction of unlined surface drains of average crosssectional area 0.40 m2 in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307 etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Scarifying Existing Granular Surface to a Depth of 50 mm by Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per MoRT & H Spec 305 etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

By Mix in Place Method:Construction of granular sub-base of required grading as per design spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MoRT & H Spec 402 etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant mix method):Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MoRT & H Spec.406 A etc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cementconcrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 m3 capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant , curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts,loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipmentsetc.,complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in double row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Clause 1101.6.750 mm dia complete with all lead & lifts as directed by engineer in charge of work.
