004 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine ggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness,well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing,and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as pertechnical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formworkshall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates(The cost of steel reinforcement & formworkshall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Item No.2.1.3,Page No.15, of PWD VOL-1, for 2023-24) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

005 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification.(PWD Common SR Vol-1 of 2023-24, Page No. 18, I.No.2.11h) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

006 - Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed or Batch Mixed M25 Grade concrete as per IS 10262 mix design procedure for Cement Concrete works in all types of Structures other than Road works, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) @ 75% & GGBS @ 25% proportion, admixtures to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. upto 5.00 m height (PWD SR 2023-24, Vol-1 Common SR-2023-24- I,Item No.2.10(c), Page No.18) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

009 - Providing & fixing 20 mm thick compressible fibre board in expansion joint complete as per drawing & Technical Specification (PWD SR 2023-24,Vol 3 - I,Item No.13.15 (ii) ,Page No.123) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

010 - Providing and constructing 75 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes for concrete / masonry walls including providing 200 x 200 x 200 mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20 mm down coarse aggregate in 1 : 4 proportion including 100 mm thick sand backing at the junction of wall and soil back fill, cost of all materials, machinery, labour & all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification (Item No.1.1,Page No.129, of CSR 2023-24Vol-4 (WRD-MI-KPCL)with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

011 - Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.(PWD SR 2023-24,Vol Common SR-2023-24- I,Item No.12.4,Page No.117, Ref. to MoRT&H :710.1.4.of IRC:78 and 2200 IRC) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

012 - Providing and placing sand bags consisting of empty cement bags filled with 35 to 40 kg locally available sand for forming ring bund including cost of all materials, labour, plugging joints with selected earth, and all other ancillary operations complete.(Item No.7.1,Page No.91, of CSR 2023-24, Vol-4 (WRD-MI-KPCL) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

013 - Providing and constructing 300 mm thick size stone pitching using 200 to 250 mm size stones with pin headers at 2 per m2 set in CM 1:5 proportion by volume with pointing joints in CM 1:3 proportion by volume including cost of all materials from approved source, labour, packing stone chips and mortar into joints,finishing,curing and all other ancillary operations complete (CSR2023-24,Vol-4, (WRD-MI-KPCL),It.No.3.45.2, P.No.55) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

014 - Providing and fixing 25 mm dia 2.75 m long ribbed steel anchor rods with one end split and driven fimly using steel wedge into 1.25 m deep 38 mm dia. hole drilled in bed rock and other end provided with L-bend for embedding in concrete / masonry for spillway and appurtenant works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, steel wedge, drilling and cleaning hole, filling hole with thick cement slurry, driving anchor rod and all other ancillary operations complete (Item No.2.9,Page No.38, of CSR 2023-24Vol-4 (WRD-MI-KPCL) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

015 - Providing casing embankment for breached/damaged portion of canal using approved pervious /semi-pervious soil in layers of 100 to 150 mm ( before compaction ) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, sectioning sides/edges, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller or pneumatic /vibrating plate compactors with all other ancillary operations complete. (W.R.D.S.R 2023-24,Vol -IV,Page,No.104,Item No.8.18.2) with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
