005 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of buildingand Irrigation worksand Substructure works of bridgesand Drain works and other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granitetrapbasalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisersand laid in layersand well compacted using needle vibratorsand providing weep holes wherever necessaryand including all lead and liftsand cost of all materials of qualityand confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codesand labourand Usage charges of machineryand curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm and down size graded crushed coarse aggregates etc complete with all lead and lift and Dewatering as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

006 - Supplyingand fitting and placing TMT FE 550550D Steel Reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.Providingand fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC works including cost of all materialsand machineryand labourand cleaningand straighteningand cuttingand bendingand hookingand lappingand welding wherever requiredand tying with 1.25 mm diameter soft annealed steel wire and all other ancillary operations complete. Canal and allied works as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

007 - Providing SandS RCC SPUN VIBRATED CAST PIPES (REINFORCED) pipes NP3 Class conforming to IS:4581988 with latest amentments using ordinary portland cementand for sanitary works and conveying to work siteand rolling and lowering into trenchesand laying true to line and level including loading and unloading at both destinations and jointing of pipes and specialsand perfect linking of joints with jack to correct position including cost of jointing materialsand i.eand rubber rings conforming to IS: 5382 for SandS RCC pipesand with all leads and lifts as directed and giving necessary hydraulic test as per ISS to the required pressure and commissioning etc. complete. (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). Before the execution of the workand the contractor shall carry out the survey. 250mm Dia pipe as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

008 - Back filling behind abutmentand wing wall and return wall complete including compaction as per drawing and Technical Specification A)Granular material 710.1.4.of IRC:78 and 2200 as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

009 - Designand fabricationand supplyand erectionand testing and commissioning of fixed wheel type vertical lift emergency gate consisting of skin plateand horizontal and vertical girdersand wheelsand stiffenersand lifting bracketsand guide rollersand ballast blocksand teflon claded rubber seals etc.andwith all accessories for river sluice canal sluice vent including cost of all materialsand machineryand labourand cuttingand aligningand weldingand finishingand cleaningand applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paintand seal fixing etc.and complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and all lifts including packing forwarding charges for other materials. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

013 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M15 grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approvedand cleanand hardand graded aggregates for side lining of canal including cost of all materialsand machineryand labourandcleaningand batchingand mixingand formworkand supportsand placing in positionand levellingand vibratingand finishing junction of bed and sides to required curvatureand finishing side slopesand curing with all other ancillary operations complete. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

014 - Looseningand leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankmentand scarified to a depth of 150 mmand mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 3002 for embankment construction.. MORTH Specification No. 305.3.4 as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

015 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leadsand transporting to siteand spreadingand grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 3002. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

016 - Providingand layingand spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thicknessand hand packingand rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camberand applying and brooming requisite type of screening binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregateand watering and compacting to the required density.B Mechanical means Using Screening Crushable type such as Morum or Gravel GradingI (63 mm to 45 mm) as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

017 - Providingand layingand spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thicknessand hand packingand rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camberand applying and brooming requisite type of screening binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregateand watering and compacting to the required density.B Mechanical means Using Screening Crushable type such as Morum or Gravel GradingII (53 mm to 22.4 mm) as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.
