Construction of Embankment with Material deposited from Roadway cutting. KSRRB M300-54. Construction of embankment with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 complete as per specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing Coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt material, Mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density, complete as per specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Wet Mix Macadam:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade Concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69cum, fine aggregate at 0.46cum, coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 lts conforming to IS9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries, all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. - with OPC at 360 kg/Cum and coarse aggregate at 0.69cum, fine aggregate at 0.46cum complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Constructing embankment for road formation & at other locations wherever specified using murum from approved borrow area in layers of 25cm thickness (before compaction) including cost of all materials,machinery,labour,excavation of side gutters,collection of murum,spreading in layer of specified thickness,sorting out,breaking clods,sectioning top surface to specified camber & sides to required slope,watering & compaction by power roller to achieve specified density control etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 with OPC @ 220kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.892cum and fine aggregates @ 0.465cum machine mixed, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, curing complete as per specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC @320 kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregates @0.460 cum with super plasticisers @ 3liters confirming to IS 9103-1999 reafirmed 2008 machine mixed concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation for footing, pedastals, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters. column pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, bed blocks, anchor blocks and plinths etc including cost of all materials, labour, HOM curing, complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for a dia of 600mm for culverts including pointing ends, and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for a dia of 900mm for culverts including pointing ends, and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications etc., complete with all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work.

Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications etc, complete with all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and constructing 75 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes for concrete / masonry walls including providing 200 x 200 x 200 mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20 mm down coarse aggregate in 1 : 4 proportion including 100 mm thick sand backing at the junction of wall and soil back fill, cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc, complete with all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirrups. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering incharge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges labour, HOM etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications etc, complete with all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.
