004 - Desilting of Feeder ChannelCanal in dry condition by excavating the deposited bed material and loading the same to transport vehicle ( excluding cost of transportation ) including cost of all machinery labour and all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

005 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works and depth upto 3 m as per drawing and technical specifications including setting out shoring strutting barricading caution lights including dressing of excavated surfaces disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting and stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour tools usage of machinery and other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

006 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granitetrapbasalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness well compacted using plate vibrators including all lead and lifts cost of all materials of quality labour Usage charges of machinery curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates etc complete with all lead and lift and Dewatering as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

007 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building Irrigation works Substructure works of bridges Drain works and other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granitetrapbasalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers well compacted using needle vibrators providing weep holes wherever necessary including all lead and lifts cost of all materials of quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes labour Usage charges of machinery curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm and down size graded crushed coarse aggregates etc complete with all lead and lift and Dewatering as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

008 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Super structures of building Road works Water works Irrigation works and super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granitetrapbasalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead and lifts cost of all materials quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes labour Usage charges of machinery curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.(M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm and down size graded crushed coarse aggregates as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

009 - Supplying fitting and placing TMT FE 550550D Steel Reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.Providing fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC works including cost of all materials machinery labour cleaning straightening cutting bending hooking lapping welding wherever required tying with 1.25 mm diameter soft annealed steel wire and all other ancillary operations complete. Canal and allied works as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

010 - Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete including compaction as per drawing and Technical Specification A)Granular material 710.1.4.of IRC:78 and 2200 as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

011 - Providing and forming expansion joint for spillway bridge consisting of 75 x 75 x 6 mm angles 2 numbers provided with 250 mm long 12 mm dia. anchors fixed to both flanges at 150 mm c c and 140 x 6 mm plate welded on top of one of the angle including cost of all materials labour machinery providing and fixing 38mm thick joint filler board matching the thickness of wearing coat painting and all other ancillary operations complete. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

012 - Providing casing embankment using semipervious pervious approved soil from borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction ) including cost of all materials machinery labour all other operations such as collection of soil spreading soil in layer of specified thickness sorting out breaking clods levelling sectioning edges sides watering compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller and all other ancillary operations complete. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

013 - Loosening leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150 mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 3002 for embankment construction.. MORTH Specification No. 305.3.4 as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

014 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 3002. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

015 - Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density.B Mechanical means Using Screening Crushable type such as Morum or Gravel GradingI (63 mm to 45 mm) as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

016 - Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density.B Mechanical means Using Screening Crushable type such as Morum or Gravel GradingII (53 mm to 22.4 mm) as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

017 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M15 grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved clean hard graded aggregates for bed lining of canal including cost of all materials machinery labour cleaning batching mixing placing in position levelling vibrating finishing curing with all other ancillary operations complete as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

018 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M15 grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved clean hard graded aggregates for side lining of canal including cost of all materials machinery labourcleaning batching mixing formwork supports placing in position levelling vibrating finishing junction of bed and sides to required curvature finishing side slopes curing with all other ancillary operations complete. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

019 - Providing and constructing Size StoneCoursed uncoursed rubble stone masonry in CM 1 : 5 proportion using available stones including cost of all materials machinery labour forming weep holes at specified intervals finishing curing and all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification. as per the direction of the Enginner Incharge of the work.

020 - Providing and fixing board displaying information such as 'Name of work Tender cost Name of Contractor Work completion and liability period etc' having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border messages symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including excavation refilling transportation and labour etc complete.
