3.20 - Providing cohesive non-swelling (CNS) soil lining to canals using soil from borrow area including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, spreading soil in layers of thickness not more than 150mm, breaking clods, levelling, watering, compacting to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated, dressing to required profile etc., complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2.4.1 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.as per technical specifications. Mix 1:2:4 (M15) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

3.26.1 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for side lining of canal including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,cleaning, batching, mixing, formwork, supports, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing junction of bed and sides to required curvature, finishing side slopes, curing with all other ancillary operations complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3.37.1 - Providing and fixing tarfelt expansion joint filler board for cement concrete lining of canal including cost of all materials, labour and all other ancillary operations complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 mm thick 80 mm depth

8.16 (iii) - Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc (iii) 200 m stone (precast) complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

8.7 - Providing and fixing 200 X 200 X 750 mm roughly dressed boundary / democration /Chainage / arrow stones including cost of all materials, labour, engraving marks, excavating pit, fixing in position, murrum filling with all other ancillary operations complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

8.16 (ii) - Reinforced cement concrete M15grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc (ii) Ordinary kilometer stone (precast), complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

1.14.1 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

1.15.1 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2.1.3 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately)

2.1.3 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2.1.3 - 5 Percentage for Formwork, Centering & Scaffolding for foundation, Sub structure of Cross Drainage for Item No.4 (page no.111 Addendum 1 Sl No.3 complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2.11 f - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. as per drawing and technical specification.

1.9 - Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceed ing 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

16.15 C - Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in Single Row Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1101.6.C 750 mm dia, complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

4.15 - Providing and filling murrum / gravely soil ( CNS soil ) for foundation or around pipes including cost of all materials, labour, spreading soil in layers of 100 to 150 mm, breaking clods, watering, compaction by earth masters to achieve density control of not less than 90 percent etc., complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

4.16 - Providing and filling murrum / gravely soil ( CNS soil ) above pipes including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, spreading soil in layers of 100 to 150 mm thickness, breaking clods, watering, compaction by power roller to achieve density control of not less than 95 percentm etc., complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

4.7 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates with placing and sinking plums of size 150 to 80 mm upto 15 percent for piers/ gravity type retaining walls / abutments / other similar structures including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing with all other ancillary operations complete

2.4.3 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. 2.26 - Providing and constructing contraction joints by fixing 230 mm wide central bulb type PVC water stop in single line supported by 10 mm dia. steel dowel rods on either side at 1 metre interval including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, vulcanizing water seal joints etc., complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2.5.3 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building, Irrigation works, Super structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M30 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates, complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

12.8 - Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories, with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

3.8 - Providing casing embankment using semi-pervious/pervious soil collected in embankment area in heaps as part of disposal of excavated soil from canal in layer of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges/sides,watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated by power roller etc., complete with all lead and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

MR-1 - Providing and fixing Hydrocell XL joint filler for expansion joint to prevent transfer of load across movement joints. The joint filler shall be crosslinked non absorbent semi regid cellular polythylene with a a nominal density 60 kg/m3. It shall have a recovery of 98 % after 50 % compression and a compressive strength of 0.15 N/mm2 when tested in accordance with ASTM D3575 It shall have a water absorption of less than 0.05% by volume when tested in accordance with ASTM D3575 and be resistant to weathering and chemical attrack The joint filler shall have water Byelaws Scheme approval for use in contact with potable water Before installing simply Cut off a strip to the required depth Pin the strip back on using two-inch nails at approxiamately 100 mm intervals Then install the filler flush with finished surface prior to sealing the top strip then can be pulled easily from the joint provide on an uncontaminated sealing slot ready for preparation and sealing including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead and lifted etc complete to be installed by the manufacturer / suppler or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturers instruction for installation and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

MR-2 - Providing and fixing Thioflex 600 for sealing horizontal structural expansion joint It contains a base component and curing agent in the correct proportions which when mixed together cure to form a tough rubber like material when cured the sealant exhibits execellent adhesion to most surfaces including concrete to ensure that the sealant remains within its started movement capacity (25% MAF) the width of the designed sealing slot should be in accordance with the recommendations of BS: 6093:1981 6.2.2 and 6.2.6 The joint surfaces must be throughly dry clean and frost free.Remove all rust, scale, and protective lacquers from metal surfaces Remove any oil or greese with the nitiflor sol. The expansion joint filter must be checked to ensure it is tightly packed and no gaps or voids exist at the base of the sealing slot before positioning a bond breaker For contraction joints where hydrostatic pressure exists only band breaking tapes must be used where particularly neat finish is required mask the face edges of the joint before priming and remove immediately after tooling is completed including cost and conveyance of all materials labour, lead and lift etc complete to be installed by the manufacturer / supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturers instruction for installation and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
