Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-10 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 10 N / sq mm) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mxing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing, etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.(Cement content 220kg/cum with use of super plasticiser).

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N/sqmm) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for gravity type retaining walls / abutments etc., including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.(Cement content: 240 kg/cum with use of super plasticiser)

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) grade cement concrete using 20 mm downsize approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for deck slab and kerb including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. (Cement content: 330 kg/cum with use of super plasticiser)

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel bars for R C C works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding wherever required, tying with 1.25 mm dia soft annealed steel wire, etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

KSRB 2.3 : Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock ) in sides of foundations upto plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cms. in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering. including cost of all labour complete as per specifications. specification. No. KBS 2.9 etc., with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and constructing 300 mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm using stones and stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing, wedging stone chips, finishing etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

KSRRB 200-8. Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, brush, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, by manual means, in area of light jungle, removal of stumps, disposal of unserviceable materials, stacking of serviceable materials labour charges complete as per specifications. MORTH / Chapter 2 etc., with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

KSRRB 300-1. Earthwork excavation by manual means for roads,drains & similar works in ordinary soil excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed, the disposed earth to be leveled neatly after breaking of clods complete as per specifications MORTH / Chapter 3 etc., with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

KSRRB 300-Compaction KSRRB 300-58. Compaction of original ground by mechanical means including filling in depression occuring during rolling including cost of all labour, HOM complete as per specifications. MORTH / Chapter 3 etc., with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

KSRRB 400 Construction of Granular Sub-Base Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing Coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt material, Mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density. Clause 401 of MORTH V Revision. etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

KSRRB M400- Wet Mix Macadam KSRRB M400-17. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. MORTH Specification No. 406 etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Cement concrete pavement.Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade Concrete M 30 over a prepared sub base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregate at 0.46 cum, coarse and fine aggregtes confirming to IS383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 lts conforming to IS9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 microne, selant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries. with OPC at 360 kg/Cum and coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregate at 0.46 cum . etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Constructing embankment for road formation and at other locations wherever specified using murum from approved borrow area in layers of 25 cm thickness ( before compaction ) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, excavation of side gutters, collection of murum, spreading in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, sectioning top surface to specified camber and sides to required slope, watering and compaction by power roller to achieve specified density control etc., complete as per the specification with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges labour, HOM etc., complete as per the specification,drawings with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
