Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 1200.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. using naturally occuring gravel complete with all lead and lifts. as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Wet Mix Macdam Providing ,laying and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam of specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical Mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100 kn weight to achive desire density including lighting, barricading and maintainance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Tecnical specifications Cluase 406 . item no 4.8 (2) B By Machanical Means complete with all lead and lifts. as per direction of Engineer incharge.

�Cement Concrete Pavement (without dowel bars): Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (without Dowel bars) complete with all lead and lifts. as per direction of Engineer incharge.

KSRRB M800 Road markers I Road stud KSRRB MS00-35. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 mm and height not less than 30 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer

KSRRB M800-14.2. Reinforced cement concrete M-15 Grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc complete as per specifications.including additional M-15 concrete pedestal of 0.2mt. height above G.L. MORTH Specification No. 804 complete with all lead and lifts. as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.40 mts fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60mts in cement concrete M-20 proportion vsing 20mm & down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirrups. the board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embaded in the ground for a depth of 0.50mts with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineer in charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges , labour, HOM etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specification, drawings and directions of the Engineer in Charge of the work. complete with all lead and lifts. as per direction of Engineer incharge.
