KSRRB M2100-13. Providing and laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:2:4 with OPC cement @240kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.84cum and fine aggregates @0.56cum, in open foundation including cost of all materials, labour HOM, Curing, form works, Scafolding and centering complete as per Specification complete as per drawing and and Technical Specifications MORTH Specification No. 1500, 1700 & 2100. including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M2200-5.12 Design mix with M25 with OPC cement @ 340 kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.70cum and fine aggregates @ 0.47cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed -2008. including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M2300-3.2. Furnishing and Placing Reinforced / Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification complete as per speicifications C. RCC with OPC cement design mix M-25 @ 340kgs, with 20mm and down and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.70cum and fine aggregates @0.47cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, Case-I: Using Concrete mixer, MORTH MORTH Specification No. 1500, 1600 & 1700, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M2200-6 : Providing TMT steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. Specification No.1600&2200, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M2200-8.1. Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification complete as per Specifications. A. Granular material MORTH Specification No. 2204, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M2200-8. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain/ Reinforced Concrete aburment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Complete as per Specifications. MORTH Specification No.2706 & 2200, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRB 4-1.1 : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 with OPC cement @ 240Kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.878 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.459 cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick , well compacted, in foundation including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. specification No. KBS 4.1,4.2, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M2700 -7. Reinforced cement concrete grade M30 approach slab including reinforcement @50kg/cum and formwork complete as per drawings and technical specifications complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2704, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB-300-52.1 Scarifying the existing granular road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material and complete as per specifications. MORTH specification no305.4.3, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Constructing embankment for road formation and at other locations whereever specified using murum from approved borrow area in layers of 25 cm thickness(before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, excavation of side gutters, collection of murum, spreading in layer of specified thichness, sorting out, breaking clods, sectioning top surface to specified camber and sides to required slope, watering and compaction by power roller to achieve specofed density control etc., including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M400- Construction of granular sub base Grading -V as Sub base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite\trap\basalt material,mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface & compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98% of proctors density) Specification No. 401 MORTH V Revision, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRRB M 400-17.Providing, laying, spreading and compacting cushed stone aggregates of granite/ trap/basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plantt carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, layer in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications, including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum,Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints,including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries,all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. with OPC at 360 kg/cum and coarse aggregate 0.69cum, fine aggregate 0.46cum. including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and Constructing informatory name board of size 1.75m x 1.75m with Burnt brick masonry in CM 1:6 with non-modular bricks of standard size of class designation50 (table mouded). The foundation shall be provided with cement concrete M 7.5 for a depth of 10cms and with size stone masonry with cement Mortar 1:6 and copping concrete with cement concrete M10 as indicated in the drawing. The name board shall be provided with 12mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on both the sides including rounding of corners. The name board shall be provided with painting with 2 coats of enamel paint. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering charge of the work . The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. including all lead and lift and as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
