Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Construction of Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded with desired compaction. Available Earth(50%) complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour, rolling, water, all materials, usage & all other appurtenaces required to complete the work. Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading (VI) as per dsign mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, completeas per clause 401 Plant Mix Method.With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Wet Mix Macadam (Plant mix method).With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90kg per m2 using mechanical means. With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.250 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broomTack coat on Granular surface treated with primer. With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumenVG-30 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40/60TPH laying and rolling with a smooth wheele droller, finished to required level and grades. With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats with bituminous binder VG-30 Case - II : Type B Premix Sand Seal coat. With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared subbase, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause1501.2.2 M30 (Grade),coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using aproved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause1501with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc. With all leads and lifts, etc. complet as per the directions of the Engineer-in-chargeof the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980,fixingin position including painting and printing etc Ordinary kilometer stone (precast) with all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including settingout, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earthorsorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50m and lift upto1.5m including cost of labour,tools,usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laidin layers not exceeding 150mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately).Complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culvertson first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1101.6. (1000 MM Dia). With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and layingin position Reinforced cement concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fineaggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with superplasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & form work to be paid separately) M25 Design Mix Using 20mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing TMT Fe 500 & above Reinforcement in Foundation / Substructure /Superstructure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications, complete with all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry infront of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications (Stones).With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. With all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Direction and place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67: 2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick or Aluminium composite aterial sheet with over all thickness of 4mm with area not exceeding 0.9 m2 fixed over back support frame of min 35x35x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawingwith all leads and lifts, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
