KSRRB 300-46. Scarifying by mechanical means stone metal crust 50mm to 100mm thick by along with 20mm premix carpet I surface dressing and stacking of old serviceable materials including cost of all labour charges, HOM complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB M300-53 Construction of embankment with approved material Gravel/Murrum with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement Table 300- 2 complete as per specifications. Including cost of gravel / murrum, watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller to 95% of modified proctors density complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges and lead charges for water etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt material, mixing by mix in place method by rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density , complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRB M400-17 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregate of granite/trap/basalt to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired densitycomplete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC at 360 kg/cum and coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum,Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, plates laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries,all lead & lift charges for all materials etc., complete as per specifications and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB 400-2. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel or any other course material 60% and crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt 40% in sub-base course including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed material up to 1km, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on a prepared base and compacting with power roller to achieve the desired density including all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB M500-6. Providing and applying primer coat with S.S. bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base such as WMM including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB M500-10. Providing and applying tack coat using 80/100 grade bitumen(VG10) in boiler fitted with spray set distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the existing prepared bituminous surface (primed surface) cleaned with mechancial broom. complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB M500-19. Providing and laying bituminous macadam (BM) on prepared surface with crushed coarse aggregates as per design mix formula for base / binding course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed materials with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired density, but excluding cost of primer/ tack coat and including lead, lift and cost of all materials, labour HOM complete as per specifications, using 40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P with mechanical paver Gr-II (50mm to 75mm) with 3.4% VG-30 Bitumen with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB M500-18. Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects complete as per specifications. - using40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with Mechanical Paver Gr-II (25 mm to 30 mm) with 5 % VG-30 Bitumen, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB M2900-1 Plain cement concrete M10 mix for foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing,cost of materials ,labour HOM complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 for sub-structure works like Culverts, retaining walls etc. , with cement @ 240 kgs, 40 mm & down size graded granite metal coarse aggregate @ 0.84 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46 cum machine mixed, with necessary scaffolding,form work etc. , including cost of labour, HOM curing etc., complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRB 4.9.2 Providing T.M.T. bars Fe500 steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,, hooking, placing in position, lapping and or welding wherever required,tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design, cost of materials,labour,HOM complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per design and drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 600mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts including pointing ends, and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing HOM complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirrups as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges, labour and HOM etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications and drawings with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRRB M800-13.Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constucting pithcing / Revetment of 30 cm thick on slopes using granite/basalt/trap/stones of surface area not less than 0.04 sqm and wedged with spalls including cost of all materials, labour etc., complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete for side drains using M20 nominal mix concrete with OPC cement at 300kgs. with 20mm and down size granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum and fine aggregates at 0.43 cum machine mixed, well compacted for walls and bottom including centering, shuttering, cost of all materials, HOM of machinery, curing etc., complete excluding cost of steel as per MORTH specification No. 1500, 1700, 2200. including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

KSRB 2.3 : Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in sides of foundations upto plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cms. in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m including cost of all labour complete as per specifications, with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
