CODE NO4 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates Complete with all lead & lifts and as per directed by Engineer incharge (CSR Vol.1, I.No. 2.1.2, P.No.15)

CODE NO5 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. CODE NO6 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification Item No. 2.11 (f) Canal & Allied Works Complete with all lead & lifts and as per directed by Engineer incharge (P.Np. 18 Vol.1 2023-24)

CODE NO7 - Providing casing embankment for breached / damaged portion of canal using approved pervious /semi-pervious soil in layers of 100 to 150 mm ( before compaction ) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, sectioning sides / edges, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller or pneumatic / vibrating plate compactors with all other ancillary operations complete. from borrow areas Complete with all lead & lifts and as per directed by Engineer incharge ( Vol 4 2023-24 , I.No. 8.18.1 , P.No.104)

CODE NO8 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for side lining of canal including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,cleaning, batching, mixing, formwork, supports, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing junction of bed and sides to required curvature, finishing side slopes, curing with all other ancillary operations complete. CODE NO9 - Compacting Original Ground : Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction. CODE NO11 - Water Bound Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (B) By Mechanical means - (2) Grading-I (63 mm to 45 mm) (a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel Complete with all lead & lifts and as per directed by Engineer incharge( Vol. 3 2023-24 , P.No.26, I.No. 4.14 B (i).a )

CODE NO12 - Water Bound Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.
