Construction of embankment with approved material Gravel/Murrum with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement table 300-2 complete as per specifications, including cost of gravel/murrum, watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller to 95% of modified proctors density complete as per specification with all lead and lifts and including all incidental operations and charges and all lead charges for water etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/ trap/basalt material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98% proctor density, complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregate of granite/trap/ basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specification with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with S.S. bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base such as WMM including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using 80/100 grade bitumen(VG10) in boiler fitted with spray set distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the existing prepared bituminous surface (primed surface) cleaned with mchancial broom complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using 40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with Mechanical Paver Gr-II (50 mm to 75 mm) with 3.4 % VG-30 Bitumen on prepared surface with crushed coarse aggregates as per design mix formula for base / binding course including loading aggregates with F.E.loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed materials with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired density, but excluding cost of primer / tack coat & including lead, lift and cost of all materials, labour, HOM complete as per specification with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete using 40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with Mechanical Paver Gr-II (25 mm to 30 mm) with 5 % VG-30 Bitumen using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum, Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) & spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machineries, all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications with all lead and lift or delift for all materials and including all incidental operations and charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means for foundation of structures like culverts, retaining walls etc., as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling with approved material, disposal of balance earth as per specifications, including cost of labour, HOM etc., complete with all lead and lifts including dewatering, desilting and bailing out standing water, storm water, ground water and seepage water and all types of water, providing bunds wherever necessary etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete M10 mix with crushed stone aggregates 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing, cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications with all lead and lift or delift for all materials and including all incidental operations and charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position plain/Reinforced cement concrete M20 for sub-structure/Superstructure works, with cement @ 320 kgs, 20 mm & down size graded granite metal coarse aggregate @ 0.69 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46 cum machine mixed with super plasticisers @ 3 lts confirming to IS 9103-2008, concrete laid in layers, well compacted and providing weep holes wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding, form work etc., including cost of labour, HOM curing etc., complete with all lead and lift or delift for all materials and including all incidental operations and charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing T.M.T bars Fe500 steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and/or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specification with all lead and lift and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per design and drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe 600mm dia NP2 for culverts including pointing ends, and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing, HOM complete as per specifications with all lead and lift or delift for all materials and including all incidental operations and charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing RCC precast guard stones of size 0.23mx0.23mx1.5m casted in cc 1:1.5:3 with 20mm down size aggregates using 10mm dia vertical 4TMT steel rods and 8 mm dia stirrups at 20 cm c/c fixed 0.90 m above Ground level using steel moulding, Curing, transportation to work spot including excavation in hard soil fixing in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm downsize aggregate including aligning to plumb and line providing enamel painting to exposed faces in alternate black and white strips and painting with reflective paint on top of guard stone with a width of 10 cm including cost of all materials, labour, hire charge of machineries complete as per specification with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. standard specified The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specification with all lead and lifts for all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying Existing Bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm by Mechanical Means.
