KSRB 4-1.3: Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 with OPC cement @ 180kgs with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.85cum and fine aggregates @ 0.57cum machine mixed concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick, well compacted in foundation including cost of all materials labours, HOM curing complete as per specifications. with all lead and lifts etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing, Laying plain/ reinforced cemet concrete for side Drains using M20 nominal mix concrete with OPC @300kgs with 20mm & down size granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69 cum and fine aggregates @0.43 cum machine mixed, well compacted for walls and bottom of thickness 10cm including centering, shuttering cost of materials, HOM of machinery, curing etc., complete excluding cost of steel as per MORTH specification No. 1500, 1700, 2200 including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications..as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRB 4.46.2 : Providing TMT steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.3 TMT bars Fe 500) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRB 13-8.9 Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor, medium density polyethelene pipes 6.00 kgf/sq.cm working pressure 140mm outside diametre with special flange, compression type fittings, wall clips, making good the wall, ceiling and floor, including cost of all materials, labour charges, HOM and testing complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 13.2.15.1/13.9 for internal water supply connection with all lead and lifts etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

KSRB M400-17. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specification MORTH Specification No. 406.with all lead and lifts etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Cement concrete pavement.Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavements, using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with gn, over a prepared sub base with OPC coarse aggregates @0.69cum, fine aggregtes @0.46cum, coarse & fine aggregates confirming to IS: 9103-2008. mixer in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, selant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machineries, all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. - (M30 at 360Kg per cum coarse aggregate @ 0.69cum and fine aggregate @ 0.46cum) with all lead and lifts etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 (600mm dia) for culverts including pointing ends, and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.No:KSRB 1000,2300 MOST specification No:1000/2300 with all lead and lifts etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60m in cement conrete M20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirups. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both sides. The poles shall be embeded in the ground for depth of 0.5m with cement concrete M10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and the place indicated by Engineer in charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges etc., labour, HOM etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of work. with all lead and lifts etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.
