004 - Providing detailed layout plan of area in scale 1:500 including carrying out contour survey and detailed Engineering plane table Survey with the help of 24 Alidade. The dolomite area measurement of the plot and structures, trees, over head line and under ground service amenities within the area, with triangular method and giving detailes of the structures, such as total area, type of building and distance from all corners taking trial pit 0.5x0.5x2.00 m.-2 Nos. per acre and collection of record from city survey / D.I.L.R. authorities and authentication. The plan shall be traced on 75 micron polyster film and shall be submitted along with three Amonia prints. The contour levels shall be marked at 0.5 m intervals. Note:- The items includes- 1)Traversing work with theodolite and steel tape. 2) Levelling Grid Work of the terrain. 3)Detailed Engineering Survey and contouring work of the terrain. 4) Plotting work. 5) Collection of Record. a) up to 1 Acre

005 - Taking the trial pit for roads, alignment, C.D. Works in earth soil of all sorts, sands gravel or soft murum, including stacking the excavated material including all lifts and necessary back filling upto depth 1.5 m

006 - Taking the trial pit for roads, alignment, C.D. Works in Hard murum, and Boulders including stacking the excavated material including all lifts and necessary back filling upto depth 3.0 m

007 - Taking trial bores 75 to 100 mm for 53.0 to 88.9 mm core dia over burden by diamond drilling machine such as soil of all sorts, soft murum, hard murum and boulders and in soft rock including all materials such as casing pipes and accessories oil, grease, steel, rods, and such other materials as required (including conveying the material to site of work). Preserving the loose sample in glass jar and core sample serially on site of work and conveying the same to HQ of concerning office as directed. over burden 0 to 50 m.

008 - Taking trial bores 75 to 100 mm for 53.0 to 88.9 mm core dia in rocks as specified below including all necessary materials such as oil, grease, steel boostan and such other materials as required including conveying the material to site of work and Preserving the core sample serially on site of work and conveying the same to HQ of concernring office as directed. Quartzite with diamond drill with Nx Bit 0 to 50 m.

009 - Providing detailed geological reports of proposed site by maintaining geotechnical investigation of structure stratification collecting soil, rock and ground water samples for laboratory tests to arrive the foundation design parameters. Rock properties such as type of rock, jointing fractures, etc. complete with suggestion about the site foundation and remedies.

0010 - Detailed Survey Detailed survey along the approved route alignment by using Modern Survey equipment like DGPS or Total Stationst or Digital Theodolites or GPS including profiling, tower spotting and optimization of locations by using computer aided techniques as detailed in the scope of work using PLS CADD software in all types of terrains and includes the following Drawing the route profile including geographical features like Nalas, Rivers, Gardens, P&T Lines, Railways crossing etc.Leveling of the profile with reference to Survey of India bench marks MSL. Tower Schedule with optimization of tower location or tower spotting. Line Schedule along the Right of Way.Burgie details and providing GPS, Co ordinates at each anchor points for identification of anchor locations including permanent marks, like poles, telephone lines, buildings etc. Soil resistivity along the selected route with measurement at a distance not exceeding 2 km. Route marking along the approved route with GPS Coordinates for all tower locations duly marking river or road or power line or telecommunication or railway line crossings. Making 150 mm dia bore holes for a depth not less than 3 m or refusal strata at all tower locations in case of 400 kV and 220 kV Transmission Lines and at anchor points for 110 kV, 66 kV and 33 kV Transmission Lines and furnishing the bore log details for soil classification for tower foundations along with GPS Coordinates for each bore holes and back filling of bore holes on completion of work. Digitized contouring at undulated or hilly tower locations for assessing the quantum of benching and revetment required. Detailed land schedule along the Right of Way duly plotting the line corridor on the digitized Revenue village maps to show details of land along the corridor with Sy. No. and computation of estimate of land compensation for line corridor and tower foot area as per the prevailing guidance value notified by GoK. Preparation of schedules for processing for statutory clearances such as PTCC proposal 30 copies, Railway crossing proposal 10 sets per crossing, Forest proposal 10 sets in required number of copies both hard and soft copies as per the requirement of respective departments. Tree schedule containing the details like name of tree, girth size of tree, distance from center line of the alignment, approximate height of tree etc. Submission of detailed consolidated final report for surveying work done appending all the approved draft reports including all relevant information collected during survey, calibration certificates of the instruments used for the work, photos or videos taken at site and submitting soft copies of all documents and hard copy of reports in 6 sets. The detailed report shall contain following approved draft reports Preliminary Report or Detailed Survey Report or Soil Resistivity Report or Soil classification report with location wise or Tree Schedule or Line Schedule or Land schedule or Burgie details or Digitized contours or Digitized village map geo referenced and superimposed on the Line corridor. For 33kv Line

0011 - Contour surveying for Sub-stations: Contour surveying of Sub-station land using total stations and other survey equipment duly running peripheral traversing, establishing RL’s at every 5 m intervals and atleast two TBM's with reference to a permanent bench mark/GTS bench marks, fixing boundary stones at every corner points along with providing GPS Co-ordinates, submission of CADD drawings for block levels, generating contours at suitable intervals, superimposing GA drawings of the Sub-station on the contour map, computation of cutting and filling quantities for site grading and submission of hard copy of detailed report and drawings in 6 sets along with soft copy.

0012 - Geo-technical investigation for Substations: Conducting Geo-technical investigation for Sub-stations duly collecting undisturbed soil samples by soil exploration with augur boring with at least 3 Nos. of bore holes for 33 kV, 66 kV and 110 kV Sub-stations, 6 Nos. of bore holes for 220 kV stations, 10 Nos. of bore holes for 400 kV Sub-stations and 3 Nos. of bore holes for GIS Sub-stations. The depth of bore holes for collection of samples shall not be less than 5 m below natural ground level or refusal strata. Collection of undisturbed sample shall be at every 2 m intervals or at change of strata, transportation of collected samples to the laboratory and back filling of the bore holes. Conducting various laboratory tests on the soil samples collected at approved laboratory of the agency or at NABL accredited Laboratory, for analysis of the soil parameters like moisture content, density, specific gravity, grain size distribution, Atterbergs limits, permeability, Swell pressure and index, Un confined compressive strength, shear, consolidation tests and CBR etc., as per the relevant Indian Standards of latest edition and submission of hard copy of final reports in 6 sets incorporating all field records and laboratory tests results. Furnishing the safe bearing capacity of the soil and recommendations on the type of foundations to be adopted for various structures of the Sub-station.

013 - Preparation of detailed project report: As per the guidelines of Dept/ KNNL, the feasibility report and Project report to be prepared which comprising of irrigation planning, Rainfall details, geotechnical investigation, hydrology, water availability, water allocation, Existing atchkut & canal details with cropping pattern, crop water requirement, assessment of yield, power requirement and availablity, planning & preliminary design of each components of Lift irrigation scheme including electrical components, preliminary cost estimates, land acquisition, BC ratio for administrative approval of the project from the GOK complete as per directed by Engineer in charge. 014 - Preparation of Detailed report, Design, Package Estimates and drawings for Pumphouse, MS rising main comprising excavation of trench, supply, jointing, laying and testing of MS pipe, surge equipment, construction of structures, thrust blocks, valves, service road, intake canal along the alignment, Delivery chamber,Electrical Sub-Station, O & M Staff and Watchman Quarters,pumping machinery, pump house electrical works,electrical substation, terminal bay, power line and other electrical works etc.complete as per directed by Engineer in charge. (1+5 Sets)

015 - Preparation of Bid document as per standard tender documents with latest government ammendments with detailed specifications for each Components., complete as per directed by Engineer in charge. (1+5 Sets)

016 - Preparation of Land Acquisition proposal including collection of 7/12 and 8/A documents marking alignment on village maps, area calculation, preparation of proposal, printing,binding, etc. complete and submission of 5 sets more ever liasoning and coordination with revenue authorities with compliance if any until finalisation of award including Joint measurement of the alignment. (For new alignment)

017 - Detailed Survey of canal in plain terrain including Chaining and levelling with Cross sections at Every two Chains inclusive of closing of survey each day

018 - Preparation of detailed plan, design and esimates of remodelling of canal including typing, proper binding, indexing and paging, etc., complete and all types of compliances from the department, if required (5 sets)
