Providing casing embankment using semi-pervious / pervious soil collected in embankment area in heaps as part of disposal of excavated soil from canal in layer of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction)including cost of all materials,machinery, labour,all other operations such as spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting-out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated by power roller etc., .complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for bed lining of canal including cost of all materials, machinery labour, cleaning,batching,mixing, formwork, placing in position,levelling, vibrating,finishing,curing ( Cement content: 270 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser ) (For Fillets) etc.. complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing one line dressed 1110 x 350 x 250 mm thick IRC standard kilometre stone in M-10 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 10 N /sqmm)grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved clean, hard, graded aggregates including cost of all materials, labour, excavating pit of size 750 x 450 x 400 mm, batching and mixing concrete, embedding stone in concrete for 300 mm depth, providing two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour to exposed surfaces, lettering on stone as directed, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing one line dressed 650 x 150 x 100 mm thick IRC standard hectometre stone in M-10 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 10 N / sqmm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved clean, hard, graded aggregates including cost of all materials, labour, excavating pit of size 500 x 450 x 400 mm,batching and mixing concrete, embedding stone in concrete for 300 mm depth, providing two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour to exposed surfaces, lettering on stone as directed, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

KSRRB M2600-4. (iii)Providing and fixing in position 300 mm wide, 20 mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20 mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing & Technical Specification MORTH Specification No. 2605 etc...complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and constructing contraction joints by fixing 230 mm wide central bulb type PVC water stop in single line supported by 10 mm dia steel dowel rods on either side at 1 meter interval including cost of all materials,machinery ,labour,vulcanizing joints etc.complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of fixed wheel type vertical lift gate ( with top seal ) consisting of skin plate, siffeners, horizontal and vertical girders, wheels, guide rollers, rubber seals etc., with all accessories for canal escape / regulator vent including cost of all materials,machinery,labour,cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, seal fixing etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all leads and lifts. including packing / forwarding charges of all materials & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Design, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of embedded parts ( with top seal seat ) consisting of sill beam, wheel tracks, seal seats, guide rails, groove lining upto top etc., with all accessories for vertical lift roller gate for canal escape / regulator including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and four coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc., complets as per specifications and approved drawings including packing / forwarding charges of all materials etc.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of adequate capacity screw type hoist consisting of supporting structure, platform, railing, ladder etc., with all accessories for operating canal escape / regulator gate including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, greasing, applying two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer and three coats of approved synthetic enamel paint etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all leads and lifts including packing forwarding charges of all materials etc as directed by Engineer in Charge.

KSRRB 300-58. Compaction of original ground by mechanical means including filling in depression occuring during rolling including cost of all labour, HOM complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

KSRRB 400 Construction of Granular Sub-Base Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing Coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt material, Mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density, complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

KSRRB M400- Wet Mix Macadam KSRRB M400-17. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade Concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69cum, fine aggregate at 0.46cum, coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 lts conforming to IS9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries, complete as per specification with all lead and lifts & as directed by Engineer in Charge.
