KSRB - 4.2.2: Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC @ 320kgs,with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.460 Cum,with super plastisiser @ 3 liters confirming to IS 9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008,machine mixed,concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick,vibrated for all works in foundation for footing, pedastals, retaining wass, return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,columspillars, posts posts,struts,buttresses,bed blocks, anchor blocks and plinths etc., including cost of all materials,labour,HOM curing, complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

KSRB 4.9.2 : Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting,bending hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, trying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design ( laps, hooks, wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of material, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. TMT bars Fe 500 with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

KSRB-4-6.4 : Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for vertical surface shuch as walls at any thickness including attached pilaster, butterses plinth cills and string courses cost of all materials, labour with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

KSRB 2.3 : Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in sides of foundations upto plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cms. in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead upto 50 m. and lift upto 1.5m including cost of all labour with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Water Supply Pipeline:Earth work in excavation for pipeline trenches upto 600 mm trench width as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting,barricading, danger lighting, bracing, using sight rails & boning rods at every 100 mm whevere necessary as directed, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required, utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., complete in the following strata. Depth upto 3m. a) -do- In Ordinary / All soils / Hard soil with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Earth work in excavation for pipeline trenches upto 600 mm trench width as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting,barricading, danger lighting, bracing, using sight rails & boning rods at every 100 mm whevere necessary as directed, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required, utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., complete in the following strata. Depth upto 3m. c) -do- Hard Rock Any rock excavation by using mechanical plant / machinery with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supplying Ductile Iron pipes conforming to IS 8329:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of DI pipes and specials, (excluding cost of specials) with rubber gaskets including cleaning the socket and spigot ends with soap solution and applying soft soap to the spigot and socket ends before insertion of rubber gaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect conditions including cost of soap solution, soft soap, waste etc. and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS with all lead and lift including cost of jointing materials. (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). (K-9 Class). 300mm dia with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing Murrum/Gravel Bedding for the pipeline trenches including watering and consolidation by punners etc., (In Black Cotton soil and rock reaches).with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Refilling pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15 cms., thickness with vibro rollers including disposing off the surplus earth with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply, conveying to worksite, loading, unloading stacking and fixing of single chamber triple function tamper proof (Both the orifices to be hosted in the single chamber) Air valves with Body and cover in Ductile cast iron of grade GGG 40/50. All internal parts such as float, shell etc ., all cover bolts of austenitic alloy / SS 304 steel, DN 50 float of HOSTAFLON / SS 304 and gaskets and seals of EPDM. Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue RAL5005. The valve shall drain plug of not less than 15 mm nominal pipe thread complete with all lead and lifts. The valves should be designed for all the three functions i.e., 1. Large orifice for venting of large air volumes on start up. 2. Large orifice for intake of large air volumes. 3. Small orifice for discharge of pressurized air during operation. PN-10, 200mm dia with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply & fixing C.I valve box conforming to relevant ISS (minimum weight 40kgs) and 15cms size road box including CI barrel pipe and fixing with earth work in all soil etc. complete road box to be fixed in CC 1:3:6 and plastered all over with Cm1:3 20mm thick with all lead and lift curing for 10days. with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing Submersible pump set having the declared duty conditioned as detailed below and satisfying performance characteristics for pump and motor as declared by the bureau of Indian standards (With all its latest amendments) and should bear ISI certification mark IS:8034-1989. The pump set should consisit of bronze impellers only (capacity in 25 HP/18.5KW 60 Stage ) ATALANTA, SUGUNA, C.R.I, KIRLOSKAR and Other Equivalent Pumps with all lead and lift complete as per specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.
